Jay-Z Nephew Accused Of Sexual Assault

The University of Washington has suspended its star guard on the basketball team due to two sexual assault allegations against him. With his last name being Carter, he won’t be the only one facing backlash for these accusations.

21-year-old Nahziah Carter, who is the nephew of Hip Hop/pop culture icon Jay-Z, violated UW’s school policy on sexual assault and his suspension has been upheld following his appeal. Carter was suspended indefinitely in October for the first accusation and received a suspension for the winter and spring quarters after the second investigation concluded.

Two women accuse Carter of forcing them to perform oral sex on him and one of his accusers even posted the findings of the investigation once it was public information.

The Fight For R. Kelly's $1.5 Million Dollar Royalty Account

R. Kelly has more than $1.5 million in a royalties account with Sony, the singer’s former record label. The question now: Who gets that money?

R. Kelly’s former Near West Side landlord secured a $3.5 million judgment earlier this year against the jailed singer to cover past-due rent. A woman sued the singer last year, alleging sexual abuse, and was awarded $4 million. That woman, who the Chicago Sun-Times is not naming, is one of Kelly’s four alleged victims in his pending criminal case in Cook County.

After the awards were issued in each suit, attorneys for both plaintiffs contacted Sony with a “citation to discover assets,” which revealed Kelly had $1,544,333 in a now-frozen royalties account.

Did The Guards Try To Set R. Kelly Up In Jail?

A video of R. Kelly being punched by another inmate in jail shows that not one guard “raised a finger” to help him until the attack was well underway, his lawyers claim in a new court filing.

Kelly, who was being held in Chicago’s Metropolitan Correctional Center on federal sex abuse charges, was assaulted in August by Jeremiah Farmer, who had punched the singer repeatedly to get media attention for himself, CNN reported.

The assault left R Kelly with “significant physical and psychological injuries,” the filing said. His lawyers have not released the video.

The Insane Lifestyle Of Kim Kardashian

Kim Kardashian is rich, that's no secret, but her social media and other parts of her life show just how staggeringly wealthy the reality star is.

She's a world-famous reality star with a multi-million dollar business empire, a global social media following, and direct access to the president of the United States. And Kim Kardashian West has done this all by making herself a brand, a move that is almost unprecedented in the world of celebrity.

Kardashian first gained media attention as a friend and stylist of Paris Hilton but received wider notice after a 2002 sex tape, Kim Kardashian, Superstar, with her then-boyfriend Ray J was released in 2007. In recent years, Kardashian has focused on her own businesses by founding KKW Beauty and KKW fragrance in 2017.

Why R. Kelly Is The King Of R&B

It is not hard to figure out why R. Kelly is the King of R&B! Who do you know who has not had sex to Kelly music or even better, made a child to his songs?

R. Kelly has been named by fans consistently as they engaged in the debate over which male artist is considered the best. Even during a Christmas party in Toronto, Dave Chappelle declared that R. Kelly is the King of R&B.

Kelly is known for songs including "I Believe I Can Fly", "Bump N' Grind", "Your Body's Callin'", "Gotham City", "Ignition (Remix)", "If I Could Turn Back the Hands of Time", "The World's Greatest", "I'm a Flirt (Remix)", and "Trapped in the Closet".

What Happened To The Fugees?

Some of the most painful feuds emerge from once-close relationships, including the bitter dispute that led to the breakup of The Fugees, one of the greatest artistic collaborations of the past several decades. The group's second album, The Score, was a massive hit, a timeless masterpiece that straddled the borders between rap, hip-hop, R&B, and rock.

A third album never arrived. Lauryn Hill temporarily left the group before The Score's 1996 release, most likely due to her turbulent romantic relationship with bandmate Wyclef Jean, who was married. The next year, Hill started seeing Bob Marley's son, Rohan. She became pregnant and, according to Jean's memoir, lied to him about the child's paternity.

Feds Say They Found $1.2M Of R. Kelly's Money

Federal prosecutors say a bank account controlled by R&B singer R. Kelly received at least $1.2 million last year and was created shortly after the singer was charged with sex crimes in Cook County Circuit Court.

They also say Kelly opened the bank account in the name of a nominee, and, in recorded jail calls, the singer appears to have directed people to contact that person “to receive payments indirectly from Kelly.”

That, in part, is what prosecutors say investigators were looking into when they unexpectedly wound up with bank records belonging to an attorney representing R. Kelly in federal court in Brooklyn. Kelly’s defense team accused the feds last month of an “unreasonable, intimidating, and harassing fishing expedition into the records of Mr. Kelly’s current counsel.”

Kelly is under trial for multiple sex crimes against underage girls. He has not been sentenced yet as the coronavirus pandemic appears to have delayed some of his appearances in court.

Whats Your Favorite Van Halen Song?

Van Halen is an American rock band formed in Pasadena, California in 1972. Credited with "restoring hard rock to the forefront of the music scene."

When Van Halen released their self-titled debut album in 1978, fans hadn't heard a guitar hero with such singular style since Jimi Hendrix. Eddie Van Halen did things with his guitar that didn’t seem humanly possible – he could make it hum like a helicopter one minute and crush like a bulldozer the next.

With singer David Lee Roth at the mic, the group had a natural showman who wrapped 70 years’ worth of stage entertainment into one motor-mouthed fireball. Roth quit the band and was replaced by Sammy Hagar, a rock-music vet who gave the group some much needed melodic thrust and provided them with a series of hit records.

What If R. Kelly Is Found Innocent?

It's been seven times the embattled singer has been arraigned on sexual abuse-related charges in a little more than a year.

The new indictment adds several allegations of abuse involving a victim referred to only as Jane Doe 5. Two of the new counts carry mandatory minimum sentences of 10 years in prison if convicted, according to prosecutors.

But what if R. Kelly is found innocent through all this or the case gets thrown out due to lack of evidence? Does this mean R. Kelly gets to sue the justice system along with the people who helped to bring him down?

Will R. Kelly Be Released Soon Due To Time Served?

Even though R&B singer R. Kelly keep being denied bail, will he be given time served in his case? The answer is yes he will.

Or will R. Kelly be tried in four separate sex-crime. At the moment, and despite usual practices, it appears that the two federal cases and two state cases pending against Kelly are going to be prosecuted separately.

Attorneys and legal experts believe the charges will be tough to beat. R. Kelly couldn't be faulted if he felt some confidence he could beat the sex charges brought by Cook County prosecutors.

What Would A Battle Between DMX And Jay-Z Be Like?

Before DMX and Jay Z became international rap titans, they competed in a classic hip-hop war. Even with all that feuding in the past, Hov and X have collaborated on a bunch of songs, including "It's Murda" and "Blackout." They even almost formed a group with Ja Rule.

In 1999, Jay Z and DMX embarked (and majorly cashed in) on the Hard Knock Life Tour. Although Jay Z’s album gave the tour its name, the lineup was a joint headliner of the Roc-A-Fella Records co-founder and DMX.

Captured in the documentary film Backstage, Jay Z and DMX had vastly different demeanors on wax, on stage, and as celebrities. While both were pillars of Rap-made-right and suddenly sex symbols, they only overlapped in skill and love of the art.

How Many Attempts Are They Going To Take To Bring Down R. Kelly

I don't know what the FEDs and the media are trying to achieve by trying to bring down the King of R&B, but so far, every attempt has been unsuccessful. From having so called medical records, to new victims coming out of the wood work, how much does it take to bring down one man.

Singer R. Kelly allegedly gave a 19-year-old fan a sexually transmitted disease by having unprotected sex with her despite knowing that he had herpes, new court documents claim. I'm like. com-on, are they doing everything to make R. Kelly look bad or not? This is just a bad look for the singer.

So recently, new documents were filed in Brooklyn Federal Court, that went on to claim that Kelly met with Doe after the performance at a hotel room that he booked for her and had unprotected sex with her.

New #Documentary on Motley Crue

Mötley Crüe was formed on January 17, 1981, when bassist Nikki Sixx left the band London and began rehearsing with drummer Tommy Lee and vocalist/guitarist Greg Leon.

Even in the sex and drugs-crazed world of rock and roll, the stories about Mötley Crüe's Vince Neil, Nikki Sixx, Mick Mars and Tommy Lee were so outrageous, we still talk about it today. For the hair metal band Motley Crue, 'The Dirt' was a fitting title for a collection of true stories and biographical film.

Hell bent on changing the musical landscape and acquiring fame, Los Angeles' Motley Crue became emblematic of sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll”.

Mally Mall Pleads Guilty In Prostitution Case

Rapper/producer “Mally Mall” Rashid pleaded guilty Monday (Oct. 21) to operating a prostitution enterprise disguised as escort businesses, federal prosecutors and his defense attorneys said. Rashid, 44, faces prison time of at least one month, and up to 33 months when he is sentenced Jan. 21. His plea resolved a criminal case that became public following an FBI raid at his Las Vegas home in September 2014, U.S. Attorney Nicholas Trutanich and defense attorney David Chesnoff said.

Rashid won’t have to register as a sex offender, both sides said. He pleaded guilty to one charge of using an interstate facility to aid unlawful activity, Trutanich said in a statement. Rashid admitted that for more than a decade he operated escort businesses that “induced and enticed numerous women to engage in prostitution,” Trutanich said.

In some instances, prosecutors said Rashid’s credit card was used to pay airfare and other travel-related expenses for women he featured in advertisements for prostitution on paid websites such as Backpage and Eros.

“We think this is a just resolution,” said Chesnoff, speaking for his client and Atlanta-based attorney Steven Sadow. “We’re pleased this matter has been resolved, as the allegations date back many, many years.”

A California Bay Area native, Mall has worked with a variety of artists including Tyga, Justin Bieber, Usher and Sean Kingston. His 2013 collaboration with Tyga, “Molly,” reached No. 66 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Mall also was featured in the VH1 reality TV series Love and Hip Hop Hollywood. At the same time the FBI served warrants at his million-plus-dollar home southeast of the Las Vegas Strip, agents raided his business, Las Vegas Concierge VS1, just off the Strip.
