I was never mentored as a child about sex, so I feel this is my opportunity to help the young teens know what is to come. I understand that my folks could have indeed done better with the subject of my body and sex education. It saddens me when I hear ridiculous tales and riddles parents tell their children these days on the matter of sex.

Talking with children about sex and sexuality may be uncomfortable at first, but it gets easier with time and practice. What many fail to realize is that children will still get this information, but more often than not, they will get absolutely wrong ideas and details, and these details in turn will shape their attitudes and orientation toward sex.

The talk os sex is one that parents often put off as long as possible. But learning about sexuality is a normal part of child development. The French aren't paragons of sex education. Though schools are required to teach it. Now and days, you have to take on the conversation about sex early in life.

Parents these days need to accept that we live in a highly sexualized environment, where our children are exposed to sexual language, images, and behaviors before they are even developmentally prepared to handle them. As a parent, you are the best person to educate your child about sexuality.

Therefore, they need to be fed with the right information. As a parent, you can make a difference in your child’s life as to whether they will have the right sexual principles and values. Talk with your kids, develop strong relationships with them, and help them set clear boundaries and expectations about sex and their bodies.

Give up on the idea of presenting the subject in one big talk, you'll overwhelm your child with more bewildering and even distasteful satisfaction. As a parent, your child should understand the possible consequences of being sexually active, including pregnancy, sexually transmitted diseases, and even the emotional baggage that comes with sexual exposure.

Many parents fear that if they talk to their children about sex, that’ll make them want to do it. More often than not, though, that is not true. It’s important for children to understand what sexual feelings and relationships are before they become sexually active. That way, they have a full awareness of what they are getting in to. An easy way to go about this is to make sure you never avoid a “teachable moment.”

51-Year Sentence To Lady Who Was Sold As A Sex Slave

I don't believe this ruling was fair by any means. Some type of appeal should be taking place for this young lady who deserves lesser time for her crime.

Cyntoia Brown was 16 and a victim of sex trafficking when she was arrested for killing the man who allegedly solicited her for sex, Johnny Allen. In her defense, she says she believed he was reaching for his gun to kill her. However, Tennessee’s Supreme Court clarified an earlier ruling that she must remain in prison for 51 years before she is eligible for release.

The state Supreme Court’s response comes after a lawsuit was filed claiming Brown’s life sentence is unconstitutional based on a previous Supreme Court ruling that said sentencing a minor to a mandatory life sentence was against the Constitution. Only 20 states and the District of Columbia have banned life without parole for minors. Tennessee is not one of those states; there, people convicted of first-degree murder can only be released from prison after serving at least 51 years of their 60-year sentence. A U.S. District Court in Tennessee noted that her sentence was different because she received a “life sentence, not a sentence of life without the possibility of parole.”

The Women’s March, Kim Kardashian West, Rihanna, and LeBron James have all publicly supported Brown’s release, funded legal support, and used her case to shed light on a larger need for prison reform and the systematic racism ingrained in our justice system. “The system has failed. It’s heartbreaking to see a young girl sex trafficked then when she has the courage to fight back is jailed for life! We have to do better & do what’s right. I’ve called my attorneys yesterday to see what can be done to fix this,” Kardashian tweeted.

In 2004, Brown was forced into prostitution by a pimp known as “Cut Throat” who she believed was her boyfriend. The first sex mistake that women make is always assuming he's up for sex. This might hold true for teenage boys, but not men. Last we heard, Mama June and Sugar Bear weren’t even a couple. They broke up earlier in the year, and she accused him of cheating. Then the whole Mark McDaniel sex offender dating scandal happened. June said she and Sugar Bear were working on their relationship, but she also followed that up by calling Sugar Bear “a cheater and a big player.”

R. Kelly Has Been Indicted

I can't believe it myself! R. Kelly was charged with multiple counts of criminal sexual abuse involving multiple victims in a Chicago court Friday after decades of rumors and allegations that the R&B star was abusing women and underage girls.

Atlanta Pimps Make Huge Profits

The survey revealed that 65 percent of the pimps in the Atlanta study group were black as well as 33 percent of the sex workers. One thing we can agree on, is all men want money. What else is it we can agree on that we can say men want in life? Many husbands admit that they want sex from their wife. However, there are a lot more things men are craving.

Another could be because, for some Black men, there is nothing like having a White woman on their arms. It makes them feel warm inside. A White woman on their arms makes them feel as if they have accomplished something in life. It makes them feel special or like a “big man” because a White women wanted them.

They say it's true that Black women have nasty dispositions and are always angry so they decide that is brighter on the other side. For some reason, some Black men feel that no other woman in the world has a feisty attitude. Or they may have had experiences dating Black women that were negative in the past and hold on to those experiences and let that be the deciding factor for dating all Black women.

Some Black men are under the impression that White women are more sexually adventurous than Black women. They feel that a White women will do things in the bed that most Black women will not. The White woman is the one that will fulfill all of his fantasies without complaint and make it her business to be his little sex freak and keep him happy.

Do you feel these statements are true? In my own observation, I believe that these are 50/50. Not all White women will do what you want in bed, on top of that, I know white women with a bad attitude. So lets debate on this topic and see how things go.
