How True Was The Movie 'LIFE'?

In 1999, The movie LIFE would hit theaters starring Martin Lawrence and Eddie Murphy. The film would touch on a number of things which at times may raise the question on how true the movie was?

The film's format is a story being told by an elderly inmate about two of his friends, Ray (Murphy) and Claude (Lawrence), who are both wrongfully convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison.

Twenty years after its release, Eddie Murphy and Martin Lawrence's tragic buddy flick holds lessons for the ages.

As cases continue to rise, the L.A. health department is asking the television and film industries to lead by example, asking them to stop shooting for the time being until things are more under control. One of the movers-and-shakers in the industry, 50 Cent is seemingly very frustrated about these guidelines, waking up and immediately "needing a drink" upon reading the reports.
