Standout tracks from those albums include “Bring the Pain,” “Judgement Day,” and “Break Ups 2 Make Ups,” featuring past Verzuz guest D’Angelo, and “I’ll Be There for You/You’re All I Need to Get By,” Method Man’s duet — a wildly popular wedding song — with legendary R&B singer Mary J. Blige.

Whether you like or dislike Wendy Williams, it's hard to deny how good of a storyteller she is. Ahead of the January 2021 debut of her Lifetime biopic Wendy Williams: The Movie and documentary Wendy Williams: What A Mess, Williams dished out details about her "coke days" as well as a few vivid details about her alleged fling with Method Man.

"I smoked a blunt ... with Method Man while I gave him a bath and it was a one-night stand," Williams told DJ Suss One. "He'll deny it, maybe not... It was one night. We were in the club — a fight broke out and gunshots broke out. The fight was ridiculous. The whole Wu-Tang was there but it was only Meth up in the rafters."

P.Gutter And Rick Hyde Dollar Bill

Dollar Bill" is a collaboration between 2 artists from Upstate New York. P.Gutter from Albany, NY and Rick Hyde from Buffalo, NY.

Rick Hyde is a rapper and producer affiliated with the now world famous rap group Griselda out Buffalo. Rick Hyde is a solo artist and also 1/3 of the rap group Black Soprano Family that also has Benny The Butcher as 1 of its members.

The concept of "Dollar Bill" was meant to bring back memories of the Wu-Tang classic hit record "C.R.E.A.M" which featured Wu-Tang members Raekwon, Inspectah Deck and Method Man. Method Man made appearance on the "C.R.E.A.M." record yelling out the words "Dollar, Dollar Bill Ya'll!!!" It was that iconic line that served as inspiration for the collaboration between P.Gutter and Rick Hyde.

The production on "Dollar Bill" gives you that "Golden Era" soulful feel, setting the stage beautifully for the 2 lyricists to tell their stories in full detail. P.Gutter and Rick Hyde are both known for their clever wordplay and this track is no different. Well thought out punchlines and metaphors take you on a roller coaster ride as the 2 MC's tell their stories of street life in Upstate New York.

P.Gutter even pays homage to the original Wu-Tang classic by rocking a Ralph Lauren Snow Beach jacket in the "Dollar Bill" music video that looks almost identical to the same jacket worn by Raekwon in the music video for "C.R.E.A.M."

But make no mistake "Dollar Bill" is not a remake of an old classic. Its merely a new generation of rappers showing respect to the pioneers who came before them and carrying on the tradition of making timeless music.

Name Your Favorite Track From Wu-Tang Clan

Do you have a favorite track from Wu-Tang Clan? If so, what is it?

Many say that the best rapper in Wu is easily Ghostface Killah, yeah Method Man had a great voice but he has 1 great solo project, ODB is one of a kind but to say that he is the best rapper in the group isn't true, he definitely had the most presence.

The Story Of Wu-Tang Clan

In the summer of 1993, the Wu-Tang Clan emerged from the slums of Staten Island and took the hip-hop world by storm. Their legacy spanned over a decade, garnering fans worldwide and generating sales in excess of $50 million.

Back in the day, Method Man used to be a cleaner at the Statue of Liberty. The symbolism feels apt because the story of the Staten Island hip-hop collective is the American dream as it should be written.
