It is not hard to figure out why R. Kelly is the King of R&B! Who do you know who has not had sex to Kelly music or even better, made a child to his songs? R. Kelly has been named by fans consistently as they engaged in the debate over which male artist is considered the best. Even during a Christmas party in Toronto, Dave Chappelle declared that R. Kelly is the King of R&B. Federal prosecutors say a bank account controlled by R&B singer R. Kelly received at least $1.2 million last year and was created shortly after the singer was charged with sex crimes in Cook County Circuit Court. They also say Kelly opened the bank account in the name of a nominee, and, in recorded jail calls, the singer appears to have directed people to contact that person “to receive payments indirectly from Kelly.” That, in part, is what prosecutors say investigators were looking into when they unexpectedly wound up with bank records belonging to an attorney representing R. Kelly in federal court in Brooklyn. Kelly’s defense team accused the feds last month of an “unreasonable, intimidating, and harassing fishing expedition into the records of Mr. Kelly’s current counsel.”

R. Kelly has pleaded not guilty to a set of federal sex-trafficking charges leveraged against him in New York in mid-March, including those that he knowingly spread herpes to two people. Rapper/producer “Mally Mall” Rashid pleaded guilty Monday (Oct. 21) to operating a prostitution enterprise disguised as escort businesses, federal prosecutors and his defense attorneys said. Rashid, 44, faces prison time of at least one month, and up to 33 months when he is sentenced Jan. 21. His plea resolved a criminal case that became public following an FBI raid at his Las Vegas home in September 2014, U.S. Attorney Nicholas Trutanich and defense attorney David Chesnoff said. Rashid won’t have to register as a sex offender, both sides said. He pleaded guilty to one charge of using an interstate facility to aid unlawful activity, Trutanich said in a statement. Rashid admitted that for more than a decade he operated escort businesses that “induced and enticed numerous women to engage in prostitution,” Trutanich said. In some instances, prosecutors said Rashid’s credit card was used to pay airfare and other travel-related expenses for women he featured in advertisements for prostitution on paid websites such as Backpage and Eros. “We think this is a just resolution,” said Chesnoff, speaking for his client and Atlanta-based attorney Steven Sadow. “We’re pleased this matter has been resolved, as the allegations date back many, many years.” A California Bay Area native, Mall has worked with a variety of artists including Tyga, Justin Bieber, Usher and Sean Kingston. The past year has also seen a 40 percent rise in congenital syphilis, the type passed from mothers to their babies. Congenital syphilis can cause neurological problems, deformity, and death, and in 2018, 94 babies died from the disease. In recent years, more than half of local STD treatment and prevention programs have faced budget cuts. Together, all of these factors point to roughly the same sentiment: Americans have stopped taking STDs seriously. Local health departments play a crucial role in preventing the spread of STDs. Preventing congenital syphilis requires testing pregnant women for syphilis the first time they see their doctor. But since the 2008 recession, the municipal-health-department workforce has shrunk by almost a quarter. Certain STDs had been declining in the 1990s, and in 2000 syphilis was close to being eliminated. STDs simply weren’t seen as much of a threat. And to the extent that they were, it was easy to blame the victims. It seems as if the Feds are trying to use R. Kelly financial, and medical records to ensure his lock-up. The prosecutors have asked a judge to keep the materials under seal so that the process of poring over the evidence could be expedited.
There seem to be a extreme number of black men starting to date white women more and more. Does being able to date white women equate to success for a Black man? Well, even comedian, Nick Cannon says that this is the reason Black women are overlooked for white women. One reason is that some people are under the illusion that mixed babies are prettier than Black babies. So, in order to for them to have an attractive, “good haired” child, they need to pro-create with someone of another race. They may also feel that bi-racial children have better opportunities or are treated better by society as a whole. Another could be because, for some Black men, there is nothing like having a White woman on their arms. It makes them feel warm inside. A White woman on their arms makes them feel as if they have accomplished something in life. It makes them feel special or like a “big man” because a White women wanted them. They say it's true that Black women have nasty dispositions and are always angry so they decide that is brighter on the other side. For some reason, some Black men feel that no other woman in the world has a feisty attitude. Or they may have had experiences dating Black women that were negative in the past and hold on to those experiences and let that be the deciding factor for dating all Black women. Some Black men are under the impression that White women are more sexually adventurous than Black women. They feel that a White women will do things in the bed that most Black women will not. The White woman is the one that will fulfill all of his fantasies without complaint and make it her business to be his little sex freak and keep him happy. Do you feel these statements are true? R. Kelly was arrested Thursday on federal sex crime charges in Chicago and is expected to be brought to New York. R. Kelly pleaded not guilty in June to 11 sex-related charges, including four counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault, which would carry a maximum 30-year prison term.
