There are many artist posting and submitting their music to TWUM on a daily basis's. There are a few who stood out in the crowd of musicians by showing hard work and dedication. 6 Arrested, 1 Dead In Burglary

An incident involving a Shelby man, ended in tragedy early Wednesday shortly after 1:20 a.m.. The incident began when Bingham and a crew of suspects were allegedly caught breaking into vehicles at Faurecia Automotive Seating. Bingham and six suspects fled the scene and were later apprehended by a deputy on a back road. Bingham allegedly resisted arrest and was thought to have a weapon in his hand when the deputy shot him. He was pronounced dead on the scene. The six suspects are: Coderick Davis, 21, from Shelby; Charles Jones, 21, from Shelby; Dequon Sims, 19, from Shelby; Darious Britt, 20, from Alligator; Jaterrian Wren, 19, from Shelby; and Jimmy Lofton Jr., 25, from Duncan all in the Mississippi area.

Nieman Marcus of Lima, Ohio gives the thumbs up on the new EP titled "Rehab Addict." Rehab Addict is the EP to the @ganstamarcus produced artist Nieman Marcus. "Rehab Addict is the release for Nieman on his return to Ohio from Mississippi.

The EP has tracks that talks about the lifestyle of Nieman, what he has been through, and changes that are to come by the artist. This is the recovery CD for his rehabilitation to the music industry. Christian College Expels Lesbian

Just months away from graduating from a conservative Christian college in Nebraska, Danielle Powell was working at a civil rights foundation in Mississippi to finish her psychology degree when she was called back to Grace University in Omaha and confronted about her relationship. 

She had fallen in love with another woman, a strictly forbidden relationship at a school where even prolonged hugs are banned. She was eventually expelled — then sent a bill for $6,000 to reimburse what the school said were federal loans and grants that needed to be repaid because she did not finish the semester. Powell is now fighting the Omaha school, arguing that her tuition was covered by scholarships and that federal loans should not need to be repaid in that amount.

What Happened To Ozone Magazine?

Ozone Magazine was an American magazine focusing on hip hop music coverage from the Southern United States and operated from 2002 to 2010.

Julia Beverly is the founder of Southern rap publication Ozone Magazine, which put on many of today's hottest artists when they were striving to make a name for themselves.

Even those like Pimp C's legacy continues to live on thanks to Julia Beverly, publisher and editor-in-chief of Ozone Magazine, who has penned the late and great UGK member's biography, Sweet Jones: Pimp C's Trill Life Story.

My Crib Hosted By Gansta Marcus

The Lima, Ohio rap artist and producer Gansta Marcus decides he is going to invite everyone on a tour of his new crib. Although he say's its not complete, he still decided to release photos of his living room and game room.

"After one month and two week of relocating from Mississippi to Ohio, I can say that I am officially settled in and starting a new life" say's Gansta Marcus. "With my kids one my side, and i'm driving the wheel, no-one or nothing can hold us back.

The photo above has the game room. As you can see in the picture, everything is being built from the ground up. Air hockey, Pool table, Ping pong, Foosball, and Nintendo Wii. This will become the game room to recon with.

There is still more work to be done. I'm loving the new "Signature Design" couch, big screen t.v., and laptop thanks to the streets of Ohio. He is yet to release to visual video yet.

Best States For Women 2017

In case you are considering a move, it literally pays to learn about your options. With the gender wage gap being what it is — and what it calls a "clear national disillusion with the state of gender equality".

The study used data from all 50 states on the gender pay gap, political representation in the state legislature, education equality, access to health insurance, reproductive rights, and number of incidents of violence against women by men. The researchers combined rankings for each factor to present an overall score.

This may not come as a shock to most of you, but the study found that states with fewer women in the legislature also scored lower in other fields, like equal pay and reproductive rights. The obvious conclusion to draw is that electing more women leads to better overall quality of life, since wage equality benefits everybody.

Other states that fared well included Vermont, Minnesota, Illinois, and Maryland (teeny-tiny shoutout to my home state). States that are considered the worst for women include Oklahoma, Louisiana, Utah, Mississippi, and South Carolina. Given that lawmakers in Oklahoma recently introduced a bill that would require a woman to seek permission from the man who impregnated her to have an abortion.

The Wrap-Up Magazine is almost ready to present their featured artist Gansta-Marcus. You know every rapper got that special song for that special lady. The Ohio/ Mississippi native drops this one for all ears to listen to. It streams off the "Slick Rick" album.
