Since When Did Smoking Marijuana Start Causing Health Problems

Every since loud, and Government produced Marijuana hit the streets, it has become a epidemic like Crack. I was born in the early 80's and we have never had a problem with Marijuana until now.

Recently: Marijuana ER Visits Spike

Researchers reported that emergency departments across the state saw a sharp spike in marijuana-related visits after recreational use of pot products was made legal.

I'm not trying to say that this is something that's being pushed by a higher power, but people need to open there eyes up.

While nearly 11 percent of emergency visits were attributable to edible marijuana, only 0.32 percent of total marijuana sales in the state were for edible products. Emergency department visits for psychiatric events and cardiovascular symptoms were more likely to be due to edible marijuana than inhaled marijuana.

They said that the slower rate of absorption of THC in edible products compared with inhalable products makes it harder for users of edible cannabis to gauge the doses required to get the desired high.

Future research into the effects of marijuana should focus on THC and cannabinoid content, how it's taken, doses consumed, sex, age, body mass index, and the medical conditions for which it might be prescribed.

Florida Legalizes Smoking Medical Marijuana

The legalization of recreational marijuana in Florida will likely be on the ballot in upcoming elections, where it's been assumed that it will likely pass over the next few years. It should be noted that ten US states and the District of Columbia already allow recreational sales of marijuana, while 34 states have authorized medical marijuana use.

The new law allows patients to receive 2.5 ounces of whole flower cannabis every 35 days, while patients under the age of 18 can smoke medical marijuana if they have a terminal condition and get a second opinion from a pediatrician.

"Over 70 percent of Florida voters approved medical marijuana in 2016," DeSantis said in a statement. "I thank my colleagues in the Legislature for working with me to ensure the will of the voters is upheld. Now that we have honored our duty to find a legislative solution, I have honored my commitment and filed a joint motion to dismiss the state's appeal and to vacate the lower court decision which had held the prior law to be unconstitutional."

Will Marijuana Become Legal Nationwide?

Titled the Marijuana Justice Act, the bill is being co-sponsored by other candidates seeking the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination, including Sens. Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, Kamala Harris and Kirsten Gillibrand.

Sen. Cory Booker introduced a bill Thursday that would legalize marijuana nationwide.

“The War on Drugs has not been a war on drugs, it’s been a war on people, and disproportionately people of color and low-income individuals,” Booker said in a press release. “The Marijuana Justice Act seeks to reverse decades of this unfair, unjust, and failed policy by removing marijuana from the list of controlled substances and making it legal at the federal level.”

In recent years, 10 states and Washington, D.C., have passed laws legalizing marijuana use for adults over the age of 21. A total of 33 states have passed laws legalizing the drug for medical use. But marijuana is still considered a Schedule 1 drug by the Drug Enforcement Agency, setting up an enforcement conflict between federal and state law enforcement agencies.

President Trump offered his support in February to a separate bill introduced by Warren and Sen. Cory Gardner, R-Colo., which seeks to block the federal government from enforcing federal drug charges in states that have legalized the drug.

Should El Chapo Be Locked Up In America?

What is the true reason El Chapo is locked up? Is it because he created a Government of his own just like America. If we sell cannabis to get ahead, what did El Chapo do that was different than the Government?

El Chapo owned fields of marijuana plants, so do the Government of the United States. El Chapo pretty much took over Mexico just like America was taken. On top of that, if America had prisoners out of their border, they would fight to get them back. So why is El Chapo in America?

The border wall is only one way to keep the trafficking out so big business in America can control the drug trade. You slow down pounds of marijuana from Mexico, you control the market. It's physics.

But, El Chapo did have his dealing in large quantities of cocaine to the U.S. off the coast of California. In the meantime, they appear to be taking extraordinary measures to prevent a third escape. El Chapo cartel mastermind revealed as ghost crime boss who has never been locked up. So how did he escape the first two times?

El Chapo was born in the rugged mountains of the Sierra Madre, where he grew up in abject poverty before becoming one of the most powerful figures in the Sinaloa cartel. A US attorney says Joaquin Guzman is known for "death and destruction." Federal prosecutors in Brooklyn have charged the world's biggest drug lord with 12 murders.

El Chapo earned a percentage of his business and was soon the top drug producer in Mexico. At his height, his Sinaloa Cartel was said to have been responsible for about half of the meth, heroin, coke, and weed being smuggled into America.

After the FED arrested Juan Guzman, now America has control of his accounts. El Chapo was induced with a chemical truth serum while undergoing hypnosis by the CIA/DEA. How do you think they get suspected murderers to volunteer info of their crimes?

Why isn't El Chapo locked up in his own Country? Why is he here. He is Big Business as if he was the President of the U.S.

Should The Government Be Held Accountable For Selling Drugs?

In the 70's, the Government helped flood the streets with crack cocaine. Now they make billions off selling marijuana. Should the Government be held accountable just like we are being held for the same incident?

It sucks to say, but I believe I have friend who live the same lifestyle..lol. Police in Missouri recently arrested a 61-year-old man after a traffic stop and subsequent suspicious behavior on his behalf led to police searching his Chevy Suburban. Ricky Allan Martin was reportedly heading northbound on Interstate 29 when the highway patrol flagged him down. The officer requested to search Martin's vehicle which he said was rented in the "Nevada-California" area. Police grew further suspicious after his inability to provide the documentation proving when and where the vehicle was rented.

100 Pounds Of Marijuana Found

Giant bundles of marijuana, apparently containing individually wrapped five-kilo bricks, have been washing up on the shores of Flagler Beach, Florida since the approach of Hurricane Florence last week, possibly from a boat that was either capsized by the storm or an airplane drop gone wrong.

The Flagler Beach Police Department said that about 10:55 a.m. Wednesday, citizens reported finding a large package that had washed ashore in the area of 6th North Street and North Oceanshore Boulevard. When officers opened the package, they found it contained six smaller 12-inch by 12-inch packages stuffed with marijuana.

Hours later, the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office said a beachgoer in the area of North Ocean Shore Boulevard found four circular bundles and 13 brick-style packages of narcotics and called authorities.

It’s unclear if the two incidents were related, but the U.S. Coast Guard was contacted to investigate both cases. Officials from the Coast Guard told deputies that similar packages have washed ashore from St. Augustine to New Smyrna Beach and they are trying to determine from where the narcotics originated.

Flagler County Sheriff Rick Staly said the department has collected about 100 pounds on marijuana from beaches just on Wednesday alone.

On Thursday, he said even more marijuana washed up, this time on the beach in Jungle Hut Park. Before deputies arrived, beachgoers were arguing over whether to keep the drugs or turn them into law enforcement.

South Africa Legalize's Marijuana

South Africa’s constitutional court ruled on Tuesday that the private use of marijuana must be legal. “It will not be a criminal offense for an adult person to use or be in possession of the drug." South Africa's top court says adults can use marijuana in private.

As reported by News24, the decision was originally made in 2017 in the Western Cape High Court that the possession, use, and cultivation in small amounts is legal. Pro-marijuana activists cheered in the public gallery and chanted when the Constitutional Court gave its landmark ruling.

South Africa joins Zimbabwe which in April became the second country in Africa, after Lesotho, to legalise the use of marijuana for medical use.

166 Skulls Found In Mexico

Mexican police discovered a mass grave in the Mexico city of Veracruz, which contained the remains of 166 people. The city, located on the Eastern coast of the country, has been heavily plagued by cartel-related violence, as it's used as a pathway to transport drugs to the U.S.

Veracruz attorney general, Jorge Winckler, held a press conference, where he revealed that it's believed that the bodies have been buried for two years. He also stated, "Aside from human remains, we have found more than 200 items of clothing, 114 pieces of identification, as well as different accessories and personal items."

Last March, a mass grave containing 250 skulls was found in the same city, and it was reported that there were 30,000 murders across Mexico in 2017 - the highest in a year since 1997. According to the national register of missing people, over 37,000 people are also currently unaccounted for across the country.

Offset Talks Kim Kardashian Being President

Kim Kardashian's flirtation with political activism has Offset's support. In an interview today (Sept. 6) with TMZ, the Migos member praised the reality television star's advocacy for criminal justice reform.

"Hell yeah, I fuck with that shit. I've been through that shit," Offset said in response to a question about Kardashian's work. "To be able to have a second chance? That's one hunnid."

The rapper, currently touring on Drake's Aubrey and the Three Migos Tour, faces charges in Georgia for an improper lane change, possession of marijuana, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and possession of a weapon after being pulled over in a traffic stop that his attorney has called "racially motivated."

TMZ's inquiry seems to be inspired by Kardashian's recent meetings with Donald Trump, whom she's now lobbied to free two people in prison, including Alice Marie Johnson, whose sentence for cocaine distribution and money laundering was commuted by the president in June after the 63-year-old woman spent 23 years in federal prison.

Kardashian reportedly returned to the White House yesterday (Sept. 5) to seek a pardon for Chris Young, whose 2010 arrest for marijuana and cocaine possession led to a life sentence in maximum-security prison. Young is one of around 3,800 individuals currently serving life sentences in the United States for drug offenses, according to the Buried Alive Project.

"He’s had to have a few surgeries and he’s been in a medical facility for a few years, and he goes back into the maximum-security prison where lifers have to go. And he’s had a perfect record," Kardashian told Jason Flom’s Wrongful Conviction podcast.

Young Thug Charged With Multiple Felonies

Young Thug
Young Thug has been charged with eight felonies stemming from an arrest in Brookhaven, Georgia almost exactly a year ago. The news, first reported by TMZ today (Sept. 6), citing court documents viewed by XXL, show that Thug has been hit with some serious charges stemming from a drug and weapons arrest last September.

DeKalb County court records show that Thugger is facing charges of possession and intent to distribute meth, hydrocodone and weed. He's also charged with two counts of codeine possession and possession of amphetamine, Alprazolam (Xanax) and a firearm.

Young Thug Arrested for Gun Possession

Police pulled Thugger over on Sept. 26, 2017 because the front windows of his car were illegally tinted. They then reportedly discovered 2.5 ounces of marijuana (a felony weight), a bevy of other drugs and $50,000 in cash.

Thug is due in court for his arraignment for the eight felonies on Oct. 9.

This certainly isn't the Atlanta rapper's first run-in with the law. He was recently arrested at  Dave & Busters in Los Angeles during the listening party for his most recent project, Slime Language. Despite the arrest, the compilation mixtape still debuted in the Top 10 of the Billboard 200 chart.

Ty Dolla $ign Arrested

Ty Dolla $ign
Ty Dolla $ign ran into some legal trouble in Atlanta this afternoon (Sept. 5) after he was handcuffed and taken away by police, who searched what appeared to be his tour bus for drugs.

It's unclear at this point if he was actually arrested or just detained but weed laws in Georgia are notoriously strict. Video from the incident acquired by TMZ shows a handful of police officers going through Dolla's limousine van. At one point, a drug dog begins barking aggressively. A police officer can be heard telling Ty and his associates that he spotted some marijuana in the backseat of the car and asks if anyone wants to own up to it. They all remain silent.

Ty Dolla $ign and another individual can be seen later in handcuffs as they're escorted to a police car. The Beach House 3 crooner was in Atlanta to perform with G-Eazy, Lil Uzi Vert and YBN Nahmir on the Endless Summer Tour. It remains to be seen if he'll make the show tonight.
