Moneybagg Yo links up with J. Cole for "Say Na" #MusicVideo

The music video for "Say Na" opens up with drone shots of Moneybagg's native Memphis before the camera pans out to a shot of the rapper in an undisclosed laundromat. While handing out stacks of cash to children and throwing the remainder on the ground he lets off some serious bars.

A few moments later, Moneybagg Yo links up with J. Cole, who matches his fly in an identical plaid shirt. He also delivers some verbal acrobatics.

"Pick up a check, so many digits that shit just be looking like cellphone numbers, what the hell wrong with us/Well known hustlers, climbed up from the tailbone where the world don't want us/Plus y'all niggas be dumpin' and shootin' from close like some elbow jumpers," Cole raps.

The video ends with Moneybagg's second verse as he wastes wine on a table full of food, which, like the rest of the video, symbolizes how wealthy he's become in recent years.

As we've previously reported, Cole and the Moneybagg were connected through a chance encounter in a Los Angeles recording studio. After learning that they liked each other's music, J. Cole jumped into Moneybagg's studio session to see which track he could hop on for the album.

Gansta Marcus Talks When Rappers Give Back

This is the way! Giving back to your community. Game started off his Robin Hood Project in 2013 around the time that he learned that Tiana Ricks, a 6-year-old girl, and her father were gunned down outside a family home in Moreno Valley. Diddy proved his dedication to philanthropy in 2003 when he raised over $2 million for children with HIV/AIDS by running in the New York City Marathon. After his sister was diagnosed with leukemia, St. Louis rapper Nelly registered thousands of donors and raised money for cancer research.

Gansta Marcus has done as much as the rest of the rappers in the industry without fame or fortune. Throughtout the years, times has changed in our youth and the picture is much clearer than others that the future is destined for hell. Its up to us to find a way for our future generation to become great.

Rappers catch a lot of flack for spending their moolah on huge mansions, cars and women, but did you know they give back in a big way too? From J. Cole to Big Sean to Diddy, these rappers made positive impacts on their hometowns by giving back.

This week has been the week of goodwill with many of America's hottest rappers giving back to their community. Gansta Marcus will be doing his bid by giving back to all the rappers in the community by releases there music in three installments titled "The Vault."

Kendrick Lamar Named "Greatest Rapper of His Generation"

Drake, J. Cole, and Kendrick Lamar were three of the best-selling rappers of the 2010s. They released their debut albums in succession (2010, 2011, and 2012), and the age difference between the iconic emcees is only two years. Each of the thought-provoking recording artists has Grammy awards on their resume, with legions of fans who will vouch for their superiority as lyricists.

However, when it comes to the writers and editors at the New York Times, they have determined that Kendrick Lamar reigns supreme, which is an accomplishment considering that media outlets on the East Coast, whether they're hip-hop based, pop culture magazines or daily newspapers, have historically heaped such praise on rappers in their region, for the most part.

Diddy Message To Obama

+Sean P Diddy  has just released a statement to our President +Barack Obama. Since the fatal shooting of Michael Brown on Aug. 9, the nation has watched the situation in Ferguson, Mo., continue to deteriorate as tensions boil between the police and protesters.

While watching coverage of Ferguson on TV last night, Diddy took to Instagram to deliver a video message to President Obama. Obama has addressed Ferguson in carefully worded statements but has yet to visit the volatile city. “We’ve got to make sure that we are able to distinguish between peaceful protesters who may have some legitimate grievances and maybe long-standing grievances, and those who are using this tragic death as an excuse to engage in criminal behavior,” Obama said during a Monday press conference.

In the music world, everyone from J. Cole to Frank Ocean to Moby has commented on the tragedy, with St. Louis native Nelly getting in touch withBrown’s family to start up a scholarship fund in his name. “This sh-t ain’t right,” Diddy said. “Obama, get on a plane — it’s serious. These are your people, baby. These are your people.”
