Have You Started Streaming #DisneyPlus Yet?

Disney+ is the home for your favorite movies and TV shows from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and National Geographic.

I started streaming Disney Plus because of my newborn daughter. It carries all her favorite shows such as Mickey Mouse and Bluey. Most of all, it had all my favorites from Marvel such as Avengers and Thor.

Disney+ gives you endless access to all the Marvel movies and TV. Disney Plus, Hulu and ESPN Plus are bundled together in a $13.99 per month package, which saves you $5.83 per month. The devices it supports are: Roku, Amazon Fire, Chromecast, PS4, Xbox One, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Android and Chromebooks.

Walt Disney And 21st Century Fox Merges Together

Shareholders from Fox and Disney met up separately to vote on the merger involving both companies. Reports noted that 99% percent of the Disney shareholders voted to approve the acquisition of 21st Century Fox.

According to Variety, only one voter protested Disney purchasing Fox, saying the company was “overpaying for Fox.” In a blockbuster deal, Walt Disney Co. has finalized their plans to purchase a huge chunk of 21st Century Fox for a whopping $52.4 Billion deal.

The company will be purchasing the Murdoch family’s longtime corporation in stock as well as its film and television divisions and its international and cable networks. Their objective is to, reportedly, “meet competition from the technology companies in the entertainment business”, according to the Chicago Tribune.

Before the buyout is complete, 21st Century Fox intends to divide Fox Broadcasting Network, Fox Business Network, and its sports divisions FS1, FS2, and Big Ten Network into a brand-new media company that will be sold to various shareholders. The news became a shock to the entertainment industry as many did not expect that Rupert Murdoch or his sons would ever sell off such a huge amount of their decades old company.

The deal will reportedly be good news to Marvel fans as the deal will give Disney Twentieth Century Fox, Fox Searchlight Pictures, and Fox 2000 which are the longtime homes of the rights to X-Men, Deadpool, and Fantastic Four. The new acquisitions are also not limited Twentieth Century Fox Television, FX Productions, and Fox 21. This means that Disney will also have television shows such as The Simpsons and Modern Family.

Marvel Developing TV Shows

I know this is going to make many Marvel fans happy! Disney is going to lean on the Marvel Cinematic Universe to give its upcoming direct-to-consumer streaming service a superhero-sized jolt when it launches next year.

As it ramps up competition against Netflix, Disney is planning on making its upcoming ad-free service the only place to stream its movies as well as those from its subsidiaries Marvel, Pixar and Lucasfilm.

Aside from its ambitious Marvel plans, Disney's streaming service will become a prime hub for remakes and reboots of familiar IP. In February, the company announced that The Muppets would be rebooted for the streaming service.

Why Beyoncé holds the key to office culture

In May 2019, before COVID-19 began sweeping through the world, the World Health Organization declared burnout “an occupational phenomenon.” In fact, concern about work and well-being goes back centuries and was always linked to culture: It was Aristotle, after all, who worried about what it would take to create a sense of flourishing or eudaimonia.

Now that chief executives around the globe are trying to maintain or reinvent both corporate culture and future strategy in the wake of a pandemic that rewrote the rules of work, it’s popular culture that leaders should consider to win the hearts and minds of their workers — specifically pop music.

Apple Introduces New Spatial Audio and Automatic Switching

Apple has quietly continued to improve upon the AirPods Pro with firmware updates that have tweaked their noise cancellation and sound quality. The company rarely details or comments on the changes that come in each release of AirPods firmware; there are no update notes that spell out what’s new.

But last month, the AirPods Pro picked up a pair of new features that Apple did announce: spatial audio and automatic switching. Automatic switching is the simpler one, and it’ll probably make a bigger difference to your day-to-day use of the AirPods Pro.

Without you having to do anything, the AirPods will automatically switch between your iPhone, iPad, and Mac whenever you start using one of them. This handoff is nearly instantaneous; you can be listening to music on your phone, pause it, pick up your iPad and start playing a video, and the AirPods will be ready for that audio.

The $10 Million Watch Collection

Right off the top, the price of the watch is way out of my price range. The ongoing Baselworld 2015 has caught our attention with the unveiling of outstanding and dazzling time-telling devices. Catching up with the rage of unique and limited edition watches, Hublot has also made their move by announcing three new Big Bang models. Hublot is commemorating Big Bang’s 10th anniversary at the world’s largest and most important annual watch exhibition by unveiling the Big Bang 10 Years Haute Joaillerie watches priced at $1 million each.

In spring 2005, Jean-Claude Biver, President of Hublot and President of the Watch Division of LVMH, along with his team, led by Ricardo Guadalupe, the brand’s CEO, debuted Big Bang. This was followed by a decade of phenomenal success. Of the three models, the dazzling haute joaillerie watch collection has made time stand still. Featuring unique and fundamental Hublot elements, the Big Bang “10 Years” Haute Joaillerie collection includes ten watches and is collectively valued at $10 million. Three of the most complex setting techniques like invisible setting, Clou de Paris setting and rail setting have been used to ignite the collection’s shimmering glory.

While the full black diamond edition stuns with 653 black baguette diamonds totalling 41.84 cts,  the white diamond version is bejeweled with 653 baguette diamonds totalling 40.02 cts. The same number of baguette diamonds and blue baguette sapphires totalling 40.41 cts dress up the blue sapphire version and the ruby edition is also decked with 653 baguette diamonds and baguette rubies totalling 40.93 cts.

Also its the first time Hublot has expertly set the bezel with invisible inverted trapeziums. In another first, the counter surrounds on the dial are also stone-set. The complete dial, including the stone-set indices, comprises 62 baguettes. The details of the 653 baguettes on each timepiece goes like this – a total of 132 baguettes with invisible setting, 127 set on a rail and 394 with a Clou de Paris setting. Each piece of the Big Bang 10 Years Haute Joaillerie collection can be strapped on by a black alligator strap.

Kim Kardashian Talks Ecstasy And Sex Tape

In a recent episode of Kim's family's reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim made a candid and unanticipated revelation about her past ways and her state of mind during the creation of the tape. During a conversation with Scott Disick and her younger sister Kendall Jenner, Kim opened up about her history of recreational drug use and the questionable decisions that the drug use prompted.

Model and business maven Kim Kardashian West's fame has often been attributed to her infamous sex tape featuring Ray J. Despite being relatively open with many details of her day to day life, Kardashian West has been notably tight-lipped about the aforementioned tape, rarely divulging any details about its origins.

"Well, you were fun, right? At one time, like you were wild right?" Scott asked Kim, who promptly responded, "Yeah!" "It's so weird to me, I can't like picture you being a wild child," Scott said. "I've heard stories about you," Kendall interjected smiling."I've heard some stuff," Scott told Kim."You went to like Disney and you were all high or something."

"I didn't know you like got high," Kendall said.

"I got married on ecstasy," Kim revealed, referencing her brief, first marriage to music producer Damon Thomas. "I did ecstasy once and I got married, I did it again and I made a sex tape. Like everything bad would happen."

"You were high on ecstasy when you did the sex tape?!" Scott exclaimed.

"Absolutely!" Kim replied rather placidly. "Everyone knows it, like my jaw was shaking the whole time."
