The Trump administration is under investigation for alleged ties to
Russia, and now it seems as if his son Eric Trump may have revealed
where the funding for his father's enterprise comes from: Russia. During
an interview with reporter James Dodson, it was revealed via the
reporter that the Trump enterprise's funds are based out of Russia.
Dodson described his time spent with Donald Trump and his son on their National Charlotte clubhouse, saying Donald was "strutting up and down talking to his new members about how they were part of the greatest club in North Carolina." When Dodson asked Trump "What are you using to pay for these courses?" he responded with $100 million.
From there, Dodson got into a golf cart with Eric Trump and asked "Eric, who's funding? I know no banks--- because of the recession, the Great Recession--- have touched a golf course. You know, no one's funding any kind of golf construction. It's dead in the water the last four or five years.
" Eric Trump responded by saying "Well we don't rely on American banks. We have all the funding we need out of Russia." He also went on to say "We've got some guys that really, really love golf, and they're really invested in our programs. We just go there all the time."
