Khloe Kardashian Buys Justin Bieber Mansion

+Justin Bieber World has just announced that he has just sold his mansion to +Khloe Kardashian. In case you were curious, Khloe is a true Bielieber. After selling her home to the star of The Big Bang Theory, Khloe is set to purchase the douchiest house in Calabasas. That's right! She's buying Justin Bieber's party pad. I am sure his neighbors are overjoyed that the egg-slinging jackhole popstar is moving to Atlanta.

With the Biebs on his way out of California (but sadly not out of the country), Khloe is all set to move into the whiny, tatted teen's former mansion. According to TMZ, Khloe just laid down $7.2 million for the Biebs' former abode. Of course, that price doesn't include all the renovations that Khloe wants to undertake. She's reportedly not a fan of Bieber's aesthetic. I can't say I blame her!

The Georgia Tech Cheerleaders

Georgia may have some of the best players in all of college football on the field, and they have some of the best cheerleaders on the sidelines too. The Georgia cheerleaders are some of the hottest in the SEC. They always get the Bulldog fans excited for wins at Sanford Stadium.
All the preseason hype has gone to Alabama, and it's easy to forget that Georgia was just eight yards away from an SEC championship last year. And, if Aaron Murray had completed that pass, Georgia would have most likely beaten over-hyped Notre Dame to win the national title.
The Georgia Tech Cheerleaders are a highly visible and enthusiastic athletic group on campus. As ambassadors of Georgia Tech and Georgia Tech Athletics.

Fleeta Partee - Dirtyrugz Video

Seattle rapper Fleeta Partee presents the Notework-directed music video for "DirtyRugz", the Bean One-produced single from Fleeta's new album LifeMuzik Deux featuring Drake/Kendrick Lamar/50 Cent/De La Soul/DOOM producer Jake One, Vitamin D, TT, C-Note and Lord Sith. A child of Black Panther party members, Fleeta portrays his "big uncle" C.D. P. Green in "Dirtyrugz and the three trailers leading up to the video: "Hygiene 101" (watch), "The Seattle Shuffle" (watch) and "Mackin Lessons 101" (watch). "'Dirtyrugz'  is slang/euphemism for drugs," says Fleeta.

"The term ooriginated from the big homie Ishmael Butler of Shabazz Palaces. A dirty rug can be used to mask aesthetically unappealing  spots in one's living space,as are drugs used to mask ones pain, anger, or sadness in their life. In the song 'Dirtyrugz' I give you true tales of drugs and the effect it had on my family as well as the community I grew up in -the central district of Seattle."

Cost Of Raising A Child

Raising a kid costs a lot of money. If the average cost calculated by the USDA doesn’t jibe with your personal experience, blame the necessary evils of averaging and estimating. Costs vary enormously by circumstance and region, so the average may actually be a poor representation of the whole. For example, the USDA estimates that the cost of raising a child in rural areas is $190,290, 21 percent below average. The estimated cost in the urban Northeast is $277,170, 15 percent above average and nearly 46 percent above the cost of raising a child in a rural area.

Even excluding the cost of a college education — which, according to the College Board, costs an average of $17,860 at public institutions and $39,518 at private institutions — you could probably buy a house for the amount of money it takes to raise a child. Case in point: In 2013, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) estimated that it costs, on average, $241,080 to raise a child from birth to age 18; in December, the median sale price of a new home in the U.S. was $265,900. Add in the cost of college and you can skip the mortgage and go straight to property ownership.

Unsurprisingly, average daily spending increases with the number of children. Those with two children under the age of 18 report spending an average of $107 per day and those with three report spending an average of $123 per day. Gallup’s breakdown is below. The average additional cost of each new child, in terms of daily spending, is $13.20. It’s interesting to note that, according to the survey data, it is relatively cheap in terms of daily spending to go from three to four children.

Homeowners Are Still Underwater

Across the nation, there are approximately 9.8 million homeowners who still owe more than their homes are currently worth. Zillow also finds that the effective negative equity rate — homeowners with less than 20 percent home equity — is at 37.6 percent. Meanwhile, roughly one in seven homeowners owe more than double what their home is worth.

Millions of Americans are no longer underwater on their mortgages, but millions of homeowners are still struggling in the wake of the housing bubble. With the help of low inventory levels and unprecedented actions by the Federal Reserve, higher home prices have been a life preserver to the real estate market.

A homeowner technically reaches positive equity when the market value of the house exceeds the outstanding loan balance by any amount, but the associated costs of listing a house and moving prevents many Americans from selling. Zillow notes that listing a home for sale and buying a new one typically requires equity of 20 percent or more to comfortably meet related expenses.

In the fourth quarter of 2013, the national negative equity rate declined to 19.4 percent of all homeowners with a mortgage, according to Zillow’s latest Negative Equity Report. The reduction comes after the previous quarter witnessed the fastest decline on record. In comparison, 27.5 percent of homeowners with a mortgage were underwater one year earlier. The peak was made in the first quarter of 2012, at 31.4 percent.

The national negative equity rate has now declined for six consecutive years. In fact, this is the first time in years that the rate dipped below 20 percent. Almost 3.9 million homeowners were freed from negative equity during the final three months of 2013. While this is a significant improvement, many people are still underwater, especially in certain states. Nevada leads the nation with 34 percent of borrowers owing more than their homes are worth, followed by Georgia at 32 percent.
