Original James Bond Car For Sale

The original +James Bond 007 car has been listed for sale. The +Ashton Martin DB5 is recognised as one of the most influential cars in pop culture, the Aston Martin DB5 from the James Bond franchise is now available for purchase, with a price tag set at a cool £3 million GBP approximately $5 million. Although there are four DB5s in total created for the James Bond series specifically, this particular model is noted to be a promotional piece for Thunderball, and features every detail considered essential for a Bond automobile including a smoke machine, a bulletproof screen and hubcap blades.

Missing Landlord Found Dead

An abducted Brooklyn landlord came to a gruesome end when his smoldering body was found in a dumpster outside a Long Island gas station. Now cops are focusing on Menachem Stark’s business associates and contacts to determine whether any of his financial dealings led to his murder.

Stark, 39, who a source said died of suffocation, suffered a string of foreclosures in recent years on apartment buildings he owned with partners. Investigators believe he may have been involved in a scam, selling the foreclosed properties on the cheap to his own associates.

Stark had just left his Rutledge St. office around 11:35 p.m. Thursday when two men grabbed him, bound him with duct tape and tossed him into a light-colored Dodge Caravan. Surveillance video shows the kidnappers speeding off in the midst of heavy snowfall.

Sources said Stark — who was known to carry large amounts of cash, despite mounting financial woes — had $4,000 in his wallet when he was snatched off the street outside his South Side Associates office. As relatives prayed for a miracle, Stark’s burning body was found just before 4 p.m. Friday at a Getty gas station in Great Neck — 16 miles from where the tragic drama began.

Human Body Parts Fall From Sky

Police received a telephone call am from a witness reporting the fall of human remains at an intersection in Mushrefa neighbourhood” in the Red Sea city. Human body parts fell from the sky in the city of Jeddah Sunday, with police saying they could be the remains of a person trapped in an airplane’s wheel bay.

Initial indications were that the remains “fell from a plane’s landing gear,” said Bouq, adding that investigations were ongoing. In a desperate attempt to cross borders, some people at poorly monitored airports climb inside the bays holding the landing gear of planes. Most of them freeze to death once the aircraft reach cruising altitude, but some survive.

Your partner probably has friends that make you feel a little jealous. Whether it’s an ex that’s still hanging around or just someone that you feel threatened by, you will probably come across someone like this. If you do, the first thing you need to do is understand that jealousy gets you nowhere and that your partner probably has no idea that it’s bothering you. Have a mature conversation about it and express your insecurities in a respectful way.

While it’s not good to live in the past, you probably learned some things from the way you behaved in your past relationships. Perhaps you were too clingy or didn’t focus on your relationship enough. Maybe you were too jealous or took them for granted. Whatever it was, you can learn from it so you won’t carry the same baggage into this relationship.

Love is not exactly like the story in your favorite movie, it takes work, time and commitment. Don’t start throwing around the word “love” or expecting your partner to say it until you’re both sure you mean it. Let it happen naturally.

Part of the beauty of a relationship is that a lot of things are spontaneous or out of your control. It is easy to feel a little bit possessive in a new relationship but it will only make it harder for the relationship to mature. You may be setting up your partner for trust issues and other problems that will cause your relationship to unravel later so just learn to go with the flow and enjoy!

It is so important that as you form your relationship that you are not giving it all your time and energy. Don’t stop your life and don’t expect your partner to stop theirs. You should still have hobbies and personal goals no matter who you are dating.

Rapper Gunned Down In Queens

A rapper with close ties to +Curtis Jackson was shot and killed Friday when a gunman in a black ski mask unloaded on an SUV full of people in Queens. Three other people in the SUV were wounded, including a 22-year-old man who was hit in the neck and shoulder and was in critical condition, police said. A second 22-year-old man was wounded in the arm, and the fourth victim, a woman in her 20s, suffered a graze wound to the neck.

Paramedics rushed the three survivors to Jamaica Hospital. Cops were also scouring area hospitals for a possible fifth victim. Mazaradi Fox, 42, whose real name is Jamal Green, was killed at the corner of Farmers Blvd. and 133rd Ave. at about 4:10 p.m. when the shooter rolled up to a white SUV and opened fire. Police sources said Fox stumbled out of the SUV and collapsed in a nearby driveway.

Fox, a native of Jamaica, Queens, was released from prison on Dec. 20 after serving two years in prison for an attempted assault. He was also convicted of attempted murder in 1998. He was a childhood friend of 50 Cent and was a member of the “In Da Club” rapper’s crew +G Unit.

The Lessons I've Learned

Change has come to the world just as fast as a global destruction of weather is headed towards us. There are so many great lessons we all get from life. After so many years on the road, there are a few life lessons I've learned. There are so many life lessons from the Great Depression we should all be learning.

We must all learn to be more grateful of the things we have, because you must understand that there are others who feel like they have nothing at all. The better understanding we have of life, the more we live in the truth. I've gone from flat broke to having money to being broke again.

I thought I'd share a handful of lessons I've learned as a helpful guide for those just starting out such as the young or others trying to get regenerated. Life can hit you hard sometimes, but you have to pick yourself up, dust yourself off, use the hard lessons learned and move on.
