FSG is led by billionaire John Henry, and also includes the NESN cable channel, a marketing arm, a real estate firm, and Roush Fenway Racing. Henry, who is also the owner of the Boston Globe, will retain control of FSG with Tom Werner as chairman and Michael Gordon as president.
