The Stadium Tour featuring Def Leppard and Mötley Crüe with Poison and Joan Jett & The Blackhearts has sold more than 700,000 tickets and grossed over $90 million at the box office in the first weekend of sales.

The tour, which is promoted by Live Nation, saw the fastest sellout in Miller Park history in Milwaukee. Additional shows sold out instantly in Atlanta, Seattle, Charlotte, Dallas, Pittsburgh, Detroit, Chicago and Denver. In response to the fan demand, seven new shows in San Antonio, Kansas City, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Nashville, Cincinnati and Cleveland were announced.

Mötley Crüe made headlines in November when its members reneged on the cessation of touring agreement they entered into ahead of their farewell tour earlier this decade. Crüe played what was allegedly its final show on at Los Angeles' Staples Center on Dec. 31, 2015, capping a half-decade of touring that landed the band on Pollstar's Year End Top 200 North American Tours chart every year from 2010 to 2015.

Machine Gun Kelly And Mötley Crüe Live Performance

Mötley Crüe kicked off their Stadium Tour with a bang at Atlanta's Truist Park. The rockers exploded through a 16-song set, which included the live-debut of "The Dirt (Est. 1981)," their 2019 collaboration with Machine Gun Kelly written for their biopic The Dirt. To fans' surprise, MGK, who played drummer Tommy Lee in the film, came onstage to rock out with the band and deliver his verse in the song.

What's Your Favorite Motley Crue Song?

The infamous band that destroyed hotels, wrecked cars, broke up relationships and much more is the Motley Crue. Has there ever been a more dangerous band than Motley Crue?

Mötley Crüe has sold 100 million albums worldwide, making them one of the best-selling bands of all time.

The band became the first-ever to sign a legally binding contract named a “cessation of touring.” The document stated the boys could no longer tour together under the name Mötley Crüe after 2015. Motley Crue sparked a subgenre of music in the '80s with their radio-friendly hair metal, but they're just as well known today for their unabashedly hedonistic lifestyle.

So now the Wrap-Up Magazine would like to engage with their fans in a new way. What's your favorite song from Motley Crew? You can join in on this conversation by leaving a comment below or on any of our social media site.

"Home Sweet Home" is the song selected as our favorite Motley Crue song. This song is a classic and will be loved forever. In some kind of way, i'm sure we all can relate to this song. The song was originally released in 1985 on the album Theatre of Pain, and again in 1991.

New #Documentary on Motley Crue

Mötley Crüe was formed on January 17, 1981, when bassist Nikki Sixx left the band London and began rehearsing with drummer Tommy Lee and vocalist/guitarist Greg Leon.

Even in the sex and drugs-crazed world of rock and roll, the stories about Mötley Crüe's Vince Neil, Nikki Sixx, Mick Mars and Tommy Lee were so outrageous, we still talk about it today. For the hair metal band Motley Crue, 'The Dirt' was a fitting title for a collection of true stories and biographical film.

Hell bent on changing the musical landscape and acquiring fame, Los Angeles' Motley Crue became emblematic of sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll”.
