Shooting at Atlanta Medical Facility Leaves 1 Dead, 4 Wounded

 


Authorities have captured the man they believe is behind the shooting at an Atlanta-area medical facility that left one dead and four others wounded.


Deion Patterson, 24, was arrested on Wednesday after allegedly opening fire in the waiting room on the 11th floor of the Northside Hospital medical facility. According to Atlanta Police Chief Darin Schierbaum, Patterson fled the scene in a stolen vehicle which was later ditched in parking deck.

Man Shot Dead Robbing Store With A Fake Gun

 


Houston police are searching for a man who fatally shot a robber at a Houston taco shop on Thursday (January 5). 


Footage of the robbery was caught on surveillance, and it shows the robber walking in the shop with a black mask and demanding money from customers eating inside. As the robber goes to exit the store, one of the customers pulls out a gun, shooting the robber several times and killing him.

Murderer of Migos Rapper Takeoff, Taken Into Custody

Takeoff of Migos Shot and Killed in Houston

 


The incident occurred around 2:30 AM at 810 Billiards & Bowling. Sources say the shooting precipitated from a dice game gone awry. The rapper was shot in or near the head and was pronounced dead at the scene.


Police tell us 2 other people were shot and were taken to the hospital in private vehicles. It's unclear what their conditions are. Quavo was not injured.

According to Atlanta Journal-Constitution, a 65-year-old man was paralyzed from the neck down after an Atlanta police officer tased him, causing him to fall and fracture his neck. Since then, the 69-year-old man has been awarded $100 million, noting the cop involved used excessive force.
