Rihanna Says She Just Wants to 'Have Fun With Music'

It’s been four years since Rihanna released an album but the singer is working hard on recording new music. The pop star, 32, told The Associated Press for her new album she’s already held “tons of writing camps” — where songwriters are put into groups to create original tracks for artists. Now, she said she’s asked herself the questions: “What do I feel personally? What do I want to put out, and as an artist, how do I want to play it with my art? How do I want to interpret that?”

“How do I want to reimagine it because it’s been so structured before,” Rihanna continued in a recent interview. The multi-genre artist who has won Grammys in the R&B, dance and rap categories added: “You do pop, you did this genre, you do that, you do radio, but now it’s just like, what makes me happy? I just want to have fun with music. Everything is so heavy. The world that we live in is a lot. It’s overwhelming every single day. And with the music, I’m using that as my outlet.”

Jennifer Lopez Stuns in Beyoncé 's Ivy Park Collection

If there's one collaboration we'll always be ready for, it's Jennifer Lopez and Beyoncé.

Almost as if the superstars knew that we all need a little more joy in our lives in 2020, J.Lo decided to showcase some pieces from Beyoncé's latest Ivy Park collection. As expected, Beyoncé's designs look perfect on J.Lo, and it's basically proof that the pair should start cooking up even more creations together in the new year.

Lounging on her couch, Lopez captioned the snaps, "Swaggy Saturday," and credited her fiancé, Alex Rodriguez, as the photographer. Wearing a head to toe glossy gold tracksuit, with Timberland boots, J.Lo showed, once again, that activewear can be chic.

Jennifer Lopez, Alex Rodriguez endorse Joe Biden

The couple had a virtual chat with the former vice president and his wife, Dr. Jill Biden, where they voiced their support for the Democratic nominee.

Jennifer Lopez, 51, and Rodriguez, 45, also discussed their concerns about the economy, the coronavirus pandemic, racism, and the importance of the Latino community voting.

"We're thrilled and we're excited to vote. I think our voice has never been more important," Rodriguez said in the video posted to Biden’s social media on Friday. "We want to come together as a team to defeat Covid and to rebuild this U.S. economy that needs us all so much."

Rihanna, Beyoncé and Taylor Swift named 'Music's Most Iconic Figures'

Beyoncé, Rihanna and Taylor Swift are the only music acts included on Forbes’ annual list of The World’s 100 Most Powerful Women, where they’re sharing rarefied air with the likes of Queen Elizabeth II, Oprah Winfrey and Vice-President elect Kamala Harris.

“The leaders on Forbes’ 2020 list of the World’s Most Powerful Women are playing a critical role in determining what the post-pandemic world will look like.” “Their influence is being leveraged beyond economic and political might to transform industries and solve for society’s most urgent issues. The power they hold to move us all forward has never been more apparent — or needed.

Rihanna ranks highest among the singing icons, at No. 69, mostly for her charitable efforts. The$800 million Bajan beauty donated millions of dollars to various charities, including coronavirus relief efforts, and to help abuse victims in L.A. and the needy in New York City. Of course, the “Only Girl in the World” chanteuse is also a business maven, thanks to her Fenty Beauty line and Savage X Fenty lingerie line — expanded through a landmark partnership with LMVH, the French conglomerate, which is at the helm of Dior, Fendi, Givenchy, and Louis Vuitton.

How Jay-Z created a hip-hop path to luxury

This past Monday, rapper Jay-Z unveiled a deal with LVMH to expand his Armand de Brignac champagne globally. The next day, Oatly, the Swedish vegan-milk group in which he has invested, took its first step towards a $10bn initial public offering.

Jay-Z has further tasks to occupy him, apart from his own music. He still heads Roc Nation, a music and sports talent agency that includes Rihanna among its clients. He is also “chief visionary officer” of a special-purpose company backed by Roc Nation that acquired two Californian cannabis groups in November. And so on.

This year is the 25th anniversary of Jay-Z’s first album Reasonable Doubt, released on his own Roc-A-Fella Records label. Some have lasted and some not, but Jay-Z was ahead of his time in business in a way that is only now clear. “Put me anywhere on God’s green Earth, I triple my worth,” he once rapped. The deal with LVMH, under which the world’s leading luxury group has taken 50 per cent of Armand de Brignac — the “Ace of Spades” champagne praised in his lyrics — is proof of that.

Why Stores Like These Are The Backbone Of America

America's small businesses are a vital part of the economy. Their success is essential to economic growth and prosperity. Small businesses have the unrivaled potential to create jobs and put money back into communities. They also tend to show more creativity than large competitors, introducing novel products and ideas into the market.

Small businesses are responsible for creating more than three-fourths of the country’s new jobs, and they pay out more than 44 percent of the country’s private payroll. In addition to helping individuals by keeping people employed, small businesses also support the national and global economies.

The back bone of any organization is Employees. Employees are the backbone of any organization, and as you might expect, studies show that happy employees are more motivated, productive and committed.

50 Cent Reacts To New COVID Suggestion To Film Industry

The Los Angeles health department is urging film and television productions to implore stopping for the next little while as the pandemic continues to rage on but, with 50 Cent currently in the midst of several different shows, including Power Book II: Ghost, Power Book III: Raising Kanan, Black Mafia Family, and more, he's not down to pause for another lockdown.

As cases continue to rise, the L.A. health department is asking the television and film industries to lead by example, asking them to stop shooting for the time being until things are more under control. One of the movers-and-shakers in the industry, 50 Cent is seemingly very frustrated about these guidelines, waking up and immediately "needing a drink" upon reading the reports.
