Fredro Starr Talks Michael Jackson Being 'The Culture' Before Hip-Hop

 


Fredro Starr reacted to the information Teddy Riley revealed during his VladTV interview, where he confirmed that fake vocals were used on Michael Jackson’s posthumous album. Fredro said he believes it, especially if they were background vocals. He also recounted how Michael Jackson was the culture setter for black youth before hip hop.
