Taxstone Facing 20 Years


Taxstone admitted to possessing a firearm as a felon. The shooting at Irving Plaza last May left Ronald McPhatter, a Troy Ave bodyguard, dead. Taxstone has pleaded guilty to two federal gun charges in the May 2016 Irving Plaza shooting of Ronald McPhatter. Taxstone faces up to 20 years.
