An upstate New York woman was arrested for DUI after she drove to a state trooper barracks to file a complaint — while drunk. Officers allegedly smelt alcohol coming off Allison Sobczak when she showed up at their Batavia garrison on the night of Jan. 23, according to WKBW.
She failed field sobriety tests. And a breathalyzer test then reportedly revealed she had a 0.24 per cent blood alcohol content — which is more than three times the legal limit. Sobczak, from Batavia, was arrested for DWI.It’s not known the reason why she was driving to the barracks in the first place. But she is due to appear in court next month, reports The Batavian.
