Kanye West Studio Robbed

Now this just makes me mad, after working for everything he owns! Earlier this week, someone broke into his personal studio in Calabasas and took off with $20,000 in equipment. Sources told TMZ they got a call to Kanye’s Calabasas office Tuesday for a burglary. They were told a door had been pried open overnight and the robber/robbers made off with laptops and desktop computers totaling around $20k. Looks like there’s been another interruption in Kanye‘s creative process.

Luckily, all of the technology was protected by “heavy-duty tech security” so no new music will be leaking anytime soon, and all of the technology has been replaced already. Sources have also said that the robbery was more than likely an inside job, as Ye’s camp believes that it was someone who knew exactly what was in the space. Wouldn’t be the first time Kanye had trouble on the inside.

I love working on my dreams.  There aren’t enough hours in a day for me to work on them.  When I get up in the morning, my mind is full of anticipation.  Today I will open new doors of opportunity.  When I lay my head on my pillow at night, I wish I had a few more hours to work on my purpose and plan.

Before you throw in the towel and go back to something safe and far less taxing, ask yourself the following questions:

1. Why did you want to pursue this goal to begin with—and has anything changed?
2. Have you been operating with too much information?
3. Did you set a smart goal?
4. What’s the worst that will happen if you keep going and don’t reach your goal?
5. Are you afraid of succeeding?
6. Are you acting on impulse or emotion instead of thinking things through?
7. Would you enjoy giving a loved one the honest explanation for why you gave up?

Act 1: The Exposition

Here, the audience learns the setting (Time/Place), characters are developed, and a conflict is introduced.


Act 2: Rising Action

The action of this act leads the audience to the climax. It is common for complications to arise, or for the protagonist to encounter obstacles.


Act 3: The Climax

This is the turning point of the play. The climax is characterized by the highest amount of suspense.


Act 4: Falling Action

The opposite of Rising Action, in the Falling Action the story is coming to an end, and any unknown details or plot twists are revealed and wrapped up.


Act 5: Denouement or Resolution

This is the final outcome of the drama. Here the authors tone about his or her subject matter is revealed, and sometimes a moral or lesson is learned.
