Floyd Mayweather Talks Retirement

Floyd Mayweather has confirmed that he has been in talks about coming out of retirement. Is Floyd Mayweather ready to join a long list of boxing superstars who have stepped out of retirement?

Floyd Mayweather has revealed he has been offered "crazy," "nine-figure" sums of money to come out of retirement and fight once more. "Boxing is, like I said, it's a sport...boxing is wear and tear on the body...I had a great career, very comfortable. Made great investments."

Get People Interested

(The Wrap-Up Magazine) Keeping people interested in you and your conversations is necessary for good relationships. Generating positive interest in your company takes perseverance. Every dissatisfied customer will tell nine to 20 other people about their experiences.

You have to get people to invest themselves in the company. This one reason why companies do branding and create vision and mission statements. Nobody can be liked by everybody, but sometimes it's important for your social life or your career to become more likable.

Starting a business can be hard. There are many techniques you can use to get people interested in your small business. If you’re intent on making your product fulfillment business work, you’ve got to get new clients interested in your business.

Tell yourself up front that you are determined to draw at least one “big idea” from these tips that you will put into practice as soon as you can, so you can start making your investment of time pay off (literally, by increasing your sales). If you decide you’ll take away a great idea, you will – that’s the way life works.

Believe In Yourself

(The Wrap-Up Magazine) At times, it can be hard for you to believe in yourself, especially if you have developed negative feelings, like you have nothing. Self-doubt doesn't have to be as monstrous as we make it out to be. It's all about perspective. You're doing just fine. But here's the catch: The critics in your head won't let you believe it.

Do you tend to doubt yourself rather than believe in yourself? Are you always questioning your worth and downplaying your abilities? There was a long time when the lack of belief in myself was a major factor in my life. I didn’t pursue an ideal career, or start my own, but now i'm ready. There may be days when you get up in the morning and things aren't the way you had hoped, but its okay.

Sometimes people come into your life and you know right away that they were meant to be there. To serve some sort of purpose. If you don't believe in yourself, then it doesn't matter how talented you are or how big your dreams are.

Fake It Until You Make It

(The Wrap-Up Magazine) The purpose is to avoid getting caught in a self-fulfilling prophecy related to one's fear of not being confident, e.g. "I can't ask that person out because they will sense my lack of confidence."

"Fake it 'til you make it" (also called "act as if") is a common catchphrase. Fake it until you make it" makes sense on some levels. Most people occasionally struggle with feeling overwhelmed or unconfident.

Do you ever feel like you don't quite deserve your success or aren't fully qualified to do what you do? That common feeling is what psychologists call the "impostor syndrome," a phenomenon where successful people feel like frauds waiting for someone to realize that they're unfit for their leadership roles.

To turn fear into excitement, frame the situation as an opportunity. Say, "I'm excited to tackle this challenge," and "I'm going to learn a lot from this." By replacing negative thoughts with positive ones, you let your adrenalin work for you instead of against you.

In order to gain confidence, learn to see that bar where it really is -- not where you imagine it. Compare your self-expectations to your expectations for peers, or ask trusted mentors to describe what they would expect of you. "You have to redefine what it means to be competent."

To see failure in a positive light, practice failing in small ways. Pick up a new hobby, such as chess, and every time you make a mistake, write down what you learned and try again. As you practice, notice how your skills improve, and how those lessons help you get there. Seeing that connection when the stakes are low can help you learn to embrace failure professionally.

Live Life To The Fullest

(The Wrap-Up Magazine) Don't hold back. Be curious and adventurous - live your life to the fullest. Life is all about learning. Live life to the fullest, and focus on the positive. “How do you live life to the fullest?” I was inspired by what they had to say, so I’ve used them to create this list:

1. Live in the moment. Forget the past and don’t concern yourself with the future.

2. Fully embrace the now, no matter what the situation.

3. Do the things you love.

4. Learn to forgive and embrace unconditional love.

5. Live every day as if it’s your last, embracing each experience as if it’s your first.

6. Believe in “live and let live.”

7. Use quiet reflection, honesty, and laughter.

8. Be other-centered.

9. Find calm in making art.

10. Focus on today and how you can do your best to live it to the fullest.

You Walk The Path You Choose

(The Wrap-Up Magazine) This quote goes very deep within my roots. When you find your path, you must ignore fear. One of the greatest methods to walk your Path is to plan that Path. People who seem destined to walk a Path set by someone else, do so because they fail to think outside the box.

Those who break free, see the vision of their dreams and desires, not as some fairytale, but as something that can be achieved. If you consistently think of yourself as a loser, someone who can never get it quite right, your plans will fail.

If you consistently think yourself incompetent, you begin to believe it. If you consistently think of yourself as changing for the better, a winner, someone who succeeds, you believe it and it happens. If we want our beliefs to become reality, we had best be ready to roll up our sleeves and work.

We all walk the Path of life. What Path are you walking? Is it the Path you would like, or is it one chosen by someone else? The Path you choose will be the walk you talk, the talk you talk, the way you live your life personally and professionally.
