#NowPlaying YNW Melly - No Heart #MusicVideo

I don't know how many fans of YNW Melly are still out there, but he has released a new visual video from prison.

YNW Melly drops a music video for “No Heart.” The track is all about heartbreak, and showcases Melly’s signature vocals over the SkipOnDaBeat and Z3N-produced instrumental. The music video, directed by Nathan R. Smith, features a Melly lookalike who managed to perfectly copy the rapper’s smallest mannerisms and idiosyncrasies.

YNW Melly Could Be Facing The Death Penalty

As reported by TMZ, the Florida-born rapper is facing the death penalty in his double-murder case. The State of Florida is reportedly looking to punish the rapper by taking away his life, seeking the most serious consequences with the death penalty.

New legal documents reportedly make it clear that the State of Florida is looking for the death penalty in Melly's court case. The papers note that the state believes they can easily prove that Melly killed his two friends for financial gain and that he committed premeditated murder in an especially "heinous, atrocious, or cruel" manner.

Key Moments In Hip-Hop History

Hip hop is more than music; it’s a cultural movement that incorporates different elements of art. Before there was Lil Yachty, Young M.I.A., or YNW Melly, there was a world of hip hop artist who's name rain supreme even still today.

Back when music was real, artist had the opportunity to shine in their own distinctive way. Rap is one of the most distinctive features of hip-hop. Rappers use rhythm, lyrics, and vocal tone to express themselves. The best rappers are distinguished by their “flow” – the way the words run together without the performer getting tongue-tied.
