A man named Abe Diaw is suing Chris Brown, alleging that the singer assaulted him at a London nightclub back in February. According to Diaw, Chris Brown attacked him at TAPE nightclub, wielding a bottle of Don Julio 1942 tequila as a weapon, causing severe injuries. Diaw claims he was knocked unconscious after Chris struck him with "crushing blows" and then proceeded to stomp on him while he was unconscious on the club floor.
Diaw states that he had to be hospitalized due to his injuries, including cuts on his head and torn ligaments in his leg. He asserts that there is surveillance footage of the incident, and he can identify Chris in the video. Diaw also claims that Chris is now a fugitive in the United Kingdom because of the alleged incident. He has filed a lawsuit against Chris Brown, seeking damages for his injuries, emotional distress, and trauma.
