In a video shared to her Instagram account on Thursday, the Golden Globe nominee wished her mom Guadalupe a happy 74th birthday by welcoming her onstage during one of her concerts, and I, for one, am not surprised at all that her mom is still owning the dance floor well into her seventies.

Jennifer also captioned the video with a supersweet message thanking her mother for all of the wonderful things she's done for her over the years. "People ask me where I get my energy from, my drive, my dance moves lol . . . well now you know . . . Guadalupe . . . my mommy . . . for as long back as I can remember, I can see her dancing, laughing and lighting up every room she was in," Jennifer wrote.
It's no secret that Jennifer and her mom are great friends, and Lupe does seem to be her number one fan based off of how psyched she looks to be at her daughter's concert in the video. That same energy and enthusiasm for life has rubbed off on Jennifer, and she couldn't be more thankful.
