He goes by Rylo Rodriguez and he’s out of Mobile, AL. I ran across his page on Twitter. I clicked the link in his bio and his video for “Headshots” popped up. Rylo catches one solid flow to ride the beat. He’s posted up in his hood. Looks like some memorial for a lost one was going on also.
