David Banner Arrested

(The Wrap-Up Magazine) David Banner was arrested during the early hours of Sunday morning following a mouthy stand-off with a bouncer at Ozio Restaurant & Lounge in Washington, D.C., according to TMZ. The incident erupted after a member of Banner’s entourage was denied entry to the club, according to witnesses. A disgruntled Banner then went off.

Face Your Fears

(The Wrap-Up Magazine) One of the biggest things in life is to face all your fears as they come to you. Make a list of your fears. In order to fight your fears, you’ve got to know what scares you. Sit down and draw up a list of things you’re afraid of.

Rather than sit on the sidelines and let your fears control your life, use these tips to face your fear and live a more fulfilled life. Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond our imagination. So many people allow fear to rob them of their reasoning, halt their happiness, or derail their dreams.

Drake Leaves Cash Money

(The Wrap-Up Magazine) A few months ago, Drake hinted in an Instagram post that he had signed to the UK grime label Boy Better Know, run by Skepta. And now it seems Skepta has pretty much confirmed this. Drake‘s done with all that Cash Money. Even though he’s been hurt and claiming he ain’t making any new friend, his latest friend, Skepta – who just released an album – seems to be having an impact on his life and career.

“We’re putting together an official worldwide BBK label, but we haven’t talked about how it’ll work yet,” Skepta told TimeOut. “It’ll be separate to his existing contracts. Trust me, I am not gonna sue Lil Wayne.”

Could Drake’s record-breaking new release bring him that much closer to leaving Cash Money? It's certainly a possibility. According to Hip-Hop DX. Lil’ Wayne claims that Nicki Minaj and Drake are getting the same ill treatment that he got when he was at Cash Money and they may be jumping ship.

Whats Your Mission

(The Wrap-Up Magazine) Do you know what your personal mission is? This even got me thinking. It’s widely known that many business investments and acquisitions are done for the people leading the company more than the product they put out.

When running a business things will get tough. If you don’t know why you’re doing it then it could become downright miserable. A personal mission statement is your guiding light when things get dark.

If someone were to type your name into their search box, what would you want associated with it? You can obviously have more than one, but doing a word association like this will begin to steer you in the right direction.

Great visuals and music provide an introduction for a missions series or just a reminder to us all that we are called to actions of our own. You don't have to worry about finding your mission, it will come to you. If your organization is struggling with its direction, re-examine your mission statement.

Soundcloud Now Paying Royalties To Artist

I guess soundcloud pro will now be paying artist royalty checks for purchases and streams. SoundCloud, a popular streaming music web service with over 175 million monthly users, has reached a deal to pay royalties to thousands of independent record labels.

The ads will only be seen and heard in the US for now, on SoundCloud’s players. SoundCloud is the ubiquitous wild child of the digital music world. Soundcloud may begin to pay artists royalties, as the company moves towards monetizing it's sound empire. Currently Soundcloud closely rivals Youtube.

SoundCloud is desperately trying to go legal and pay royalties before labels pull their music from the streaming service. SoundCloud, the digital playground for many music fans and creators, says it will start paying artists and record labels for the first time.
