Go Far And Beyond

Lets do some real talk for a second, "go far" means to be successful or to achieve much. 'beyond' means here outside the limits or scope. Have you ever been passed over for a promotion that you knew in the depths of your soul you had earned?

The thing is, you might be the best person in your company at doing exactly what you are required to do, but if you aren't going above and beyond your basic job requirements (and getting noticed doing it) then chances are you are going to stay exactly where you are while getting paid almost exactly what you are currently making.

Good ideas are worth about as much as the white boards they're written on during brainstorm sessions. In fact, they're worth less. Whiteboards are kind of expensive. Have you ever sat in a meeting where everyone pats each other on the back about the great idea they're coming up with, only to leave the meeting and not see a single one of them implemented? A brainstorm is a dust flurry if no one does anything after. Take one idea from every meeting you're in, build a workable plan around it, and take it to your supervisor to ask permission to take charge on it.

Sure, management wants people who are personable and a joy to work with, but at the end of the day they want someone who knows how to move the needle. If you know what moves said needle, you're ahead of the game. Learn the big picture. If you work for a shipping company moving boxes from the belt to the truck, know how a quarter turn and pivot instead of a full turn reduces your single box load time by a full second.

This is one of the simplest things you can do in an office, and it is so important. Be the person who offers to help, not the person who always asks for it. Sure, ask for help when you need it. There's no shame in that. But when you hear someone complaining about being overloaded with an impending deadline, offer to help – even if you don't know their job. Offer to take their menial tasks off their hands until they finish. Don't just offer to help management. Offer to help everyone.

What's Your Motive

All you need is a Motive in life to achieve what ever goal it is you want. From the smallest of goals to the largest of dreams, anything can be achieved if you possess the desire to achieve it.

For musicians, a motive is a theme that is repeated or elaborated in a piece of music. Motive means an incentive to act; a reason for doing something; anything that prompted a choice of action. So whats your move?

Everyone hits a slump in their professional life at some point. And if you frequently work alone, getting noticed is even tougher. Motivation is essential to achieve any type of success weather it’s in business, health and fitness, relationships or entertaining.

Face Your Fears

(The Wrap-Up Magazine) One of the biggest things in life is to face all your fears as they come to you. Make a list of your fears. In order to fight your fears, you’ve got to know what scares you. Sit down and draw up a list of things you’re afraid of.

Rather than sit on the sidelines and let your fears control your life, use these tips to face your fear and live a more fulfilled life. Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond our imagination. So many people allow fear to rob them of their reasoning, halt their happiness, or derail their dreams.

Whats Your Mission

(The Wrap-Up Magazine) Do you know what your personal mission is? This even got me thinking. It’s widely known that many business investments and acquisitions are done for the people leading the company more than the product they put out.

When running a business things will get tough. If you don’t know why you’re doing it then it could become downright miserable. A personal mission statement is your guiding light when things get dark.

If someone were to type your name into their search box, what would you want associated with it? You can obviously have more than one, but doing a word association like this will begin to steer you in the right direction.

Great visuals and music provide an introduction for a missions series or just a reminder to us all that we are called to actions of our own. You don't have to worry about finding your mission, it will come to you. If your organization is struggling with its direction, re-examine your mission statement.

Live Life On The Edge

Real Talk: Some people live life on the edge every day and love every minute of it. They get a rush by taking on seemingly insurmountable challenges and beating the odds. Bored? Tired of the same old same old? Need something new and exciting in your life?

Living on the edge means living a dangerous and/or unusual everyday life. People who live on the edge are very frequently exposed to physical, physiological lifestyles. Engaging in risky behavior is no different from gambling. Whether you bet the ranch on a get-rich-quick scheme, buy too much stuff on credit, or ignore your doctor’s warnings –– the result is the same –– a willingness to risk it all. If your luck runs out, the downside can be devastating, resulting in failed relationships, financial hardship, or even death. Why do it?

Never Give Up On Your Dreams

(The Wrap-Up Magazine) This is a positive message heard from all corners of the globe. "Never Give Up On Your Dreams." You were born for a very specific reason! Everything that exists has a purpose. You came to planet Earth to accomplish a specific mission.  Maybe it’s to entertain, or to inspire, or to be an amazing parent, or to act, or to cook, or to paint, or to lead a country, or any other thing, but you came here for a specific reason.

Don’t settle for a life of quiet desperation, when you were born for greatness.  Don’t live among the chickens, when your birthright is to soar like an eagle. You only get one bite at the apple; make sure you live your life with no regrets.  Most people are living ‘way’ beneath their skills, talents, and abilities.  They are so much more than what they have become.

Go after the impossible.  Set your sights on what you want to accomplish and don’t relent until you arrive at your intended destination. The time is going to pass, let it pass with you accomplishing your dreams.  Maybe it takes you a little longer to succeed.  Maybe you’ll succeed at 90 when someone else succeeded at 9.  Either way, when you’re 90 it won’t matter, as long as you succeeded.

Keep Yourself Relevant

(The Wrap-Up Magazine) Not only will time around you change, but the people will too. What ever your mission is, you must find a way to stay relevant until that time happens. Staying relevant means to closely connected or appropriate to what is being done or considered.

It also could mean to appropriate to the current time, period, or circumstances; of contemporary interest. In the society today we live in, it is important for you to remain meaningful. Relevance is the concept of one topic being connected to another topic in a way that makes it useful to consider the first topic when considering the second.

Age shouldn’t define how you’re seen, or whether you’re heard. It's a tale of woe that echoes from town to town. One of the biggest issues we face in advertising is that we are confronted with new bright shiny objects everyday in many ways.

Change Your Direction

(The Wrap-Up Magazine) Build your faith, it's not the same when you're gone And it's not good to be all alone. Life doesn't always move in one direction, particularly if you are open to new challenges. Change direction in life by identifying new strengths as you grow.

If the top is set spinning one may turn the frame in any direction, but the top does not change direction. Before they could change direction and find the other man, you must first find a way to open that door or part of brain.

Get People Interested

(The Wrap-Up Magazine) Keeping people interested in you and your conversations is necessary for good relationships. Generating positive interest in your company takes perseverance. Every dissatisfied customer will tell nine to 20 other people about their experiences.

You have to get people to invest themselves in the company. This one reason why companies do branding and create vision and mission statements. Nobody can be liked by everybody, but sometimes it's important for your social life or your career to become more likable.

Starting a business can be hard. There are many techniques you can use to get people interested in your small business. If you’re intent on making your product fulfillment business work, you’ve got to get new clients interested in your business.

Tell yourself up front that you are determined to draw at least one “big idea” from these tips that you will put into practice as soon as you can, so you can start making your investment of time pay off (literally, by increasing your sales). If you decide you’ll take away a great idea, you will – that’s the way life works.

Be About Your Money

This is more support for inspiring artist trying to get noticed. Visualize the rings of the aura surrounding you, increasing and increasing now. Even death is not to be feared by one who has lived wisely. The people who have great financial wealth usually have a cause for it, appreciate it, value it, study it, put focused to make it.

You also get paid to make appearances. Many of them won their medals in an era when success didn't go hand-in hand. You are better off in life earning your own money. It’s pointless to set goals if you are not going to try to hit them. Rich people act in spite of fear. Poor people let fear stop them.

You can’t always visualize the reward, but you can believe in the sacrifice if the vision is strong enough. At least eighty percent of millionaires are self-made. That is, they started with nothing but ambition and energy, the same way most of us start.

What separates the winners from the losers is how a person reacts to each new twist of fate. The difference between succeeding and failing is consistency. Predicting the future with any degree of Certainty is impossible. The key is to react accordingly to any situation as it arises.

Stand Out From The Rest

All of us have competitors, whether it's someone who is pumping out a similar product, or someone who wants to snag our top job candidate. Whatever the competition, we want to win. Be known in the marketplace as the company with the fun group of professionals who are not only intelligent and hardworking, but who are nice and empathetic.

Find opportunity where competition fell short. If prospective clients share how they've been burned in the past, show proof of how your company excelled. Make your company a one-stop shop for customers. For instance, if customers use your product or service as one part of a larger process, consider offering those other points of that process.

Be selfless and offer expert knowledge and suggestions. Building rapport early is key to not only facilitating communication, but building a credible reputation. Deflecting that sale and giving up half a million dollars may seem crazy now, but circumstances can change and they could be a $50 million client five years down the road because of that built trust.

Picture being in their shoes and develop a sense of empathy. Would you want to receive three calls from the same person in one week? Or would a hand-written letter make more of an impact? Being respectful of a person's time and treating them like an actual human rather than a sale can go a long way.

Have good posture. Experts say that first impressions are based on 60 per cent non-verbal communication and 40 per cent verbal. Whether you want to stand out at an interview or get noticed by a member of the opposite sex, just hear me out and follow the directions.

Keep It 100

Keeping it 100 is another term for keeping it real. People like it when you are honest and keep it 100 real. Don't lie, don't hoe around, don't cheat. How hard is that? Not only do you want to keep it real with friends, but also with yourself. Used the same as "on the strength", "on my Momma", "swear to God", "real talk", "on everything I Love" "on the for-realla my nicca" and of course "Keep it 100".

Separate The Real From The Fake

(The Wrap-Up Magazine) It seems easier said than done but at some time in our lifetime we must separate the real friends from the fake ones. Finding a good mentor is a smart way to stay on track as your pursue your goals in life. And just as important, having a good role model will keep you inspired through your toughest challenges.

More often than not, the real role models are in our schools, not on the football field, up on the movie screen, or singing at concerts. In my mind, schoolteachers are the true stars of our society. The people selling drugs had money and power, and this was what the students respected.

Role models should also be individuals who demonstrate qualities that contribute to good character development, who have a strong sense of integrity, and who believe that success is more than just what is in your bank account, that what matters is what is inside you as a person.

Keep Educating Yourself

(The Wrap-Up Magazine) Knowledge is power and education is the key. You can educate yourself or go to college. For many young people, earning a college degree is the logical first step on the path to a successful career. Keep a open mind and look for distractions.

Read lots of books. When you think you can read at a higher grade level, start reading harder books. After all the reading, you should have learned something. Use the Internet. The Internet has a lot of useful websites, and some not very useful ones to. Use only the reliable websites to learn as much as you can. Self-directed learning is one solution to the college debate.

All education is self-education. Period. It doesn’t matter if you’re sitting in a college classroom or a coffee shop. We don’t learn anything we don’t want to learn. Can you educate yourself? Of course you can. It requires a willingness to learn, the self discipline to stay focused and do what you have to do.

Building Self Confidence

Self-esteem is affected by physical ill-health, negative life events such as losing your job or getting divorced, deficient or frustrating relationships. Building self-confidence just takes a little practice and action. We alone must build self-confidence more, we cannot depend upon someone else or wait for anyone else's approval to do what we do.

Self esteem comes from self-dominion. The more power you have in getting yourself to take the right actions, the more self esteem you will have. Communicate better and become more assertive. Self-confident people are admired by others and inspire confidence in others. They face their fears head-on and tend to be risk takers.

Building self-confidence and self-esteem are important for a child to grow up feeling happy and secure. Self confidence is the difference between feeling unstoppable and feeling scared out of your wits. Your perception of yourself has an enormous impact on how others perceive you.

The way a person carries herself tells a story. People with slumped shoulders and lethargic movements display a lack of self confidence. They aren’t enthusiastic about what they’re doing and they don’t consider themselves important. When you focus too much on what you want, the mind creates reasons why you can’t have it. This leads you to dwell on your weaknesses. The best way to avoid this is consciously focusing on gratitude.

Stay Focused

(The Wrap-Up Magazine) Increases your productivity by limiting the amount of time that you can spend on time-wasting websites, this is the site that has all the entertainment truthfully. Staying focused can help you accomplish almost anything, so were looking for the best of our fans.

We want our fans to let it be known that they represent us, thats why we add our logo in the heading. We have no leadership, but feel the direction we are taking is the right one. Were trying to stay focused on your goals and make consistent progress.

Keeping The Momentum

(The Wrap-Up Magazine) Lima, Ohio's underground hit maker Gansts Marcus keeps the momentum going prepping for the release of his new various artist album  The Vault. Lets all do our part in keeping the movement moving.

To keep momentum going, you must revisit what started it, re-set goals, and re-energize. There’s a fine line between keeping in touch, keeping the flame alive and keeping the momentum going and actually starting a serious relationship via the phone or other source.

It can be difficult to keep organizational momentum behind HR programs and special projects. On the budget horizon, they are often seen as expensive. There is an old sales technique from the 1970s that works very well on the Internet. An even better result to gain momentum would be to add one new sales rep per month.

Momentum enables you the ability to start thinking clearly, see that your goals are reachable and it gives you a sense of purpose, power and direction.

Believe In Yourself Always

(The Wrap-Up Magazine) You must believe in yourself as an entrepreneur before anyone else will take you seriously. Self-doubt doesn't have to be as monstrous as we make it out to be. It's all about perspective. At times, it can be hard for you to believe in yourself, especially if you have developed negative feelings, like you have nothing to offer or are unworthy of things.

If you're having trouble seeing all the wonderful things about yourself, you can always talk to someone who loves you. Sometimes we have difficulty seeing the best things about ourselves. It also may be difficult to believe in yourself if you are always trying to please others. Make sure that you look for causes and projects that appeal to you and that you actually believe in.

Setting realistic goals will help you to believe in yourself and your ability to accomplish things. Make sure that you develop goals that are in line with your skills and that are attainable. Sometimes we feel like giving up because failure is a possibility, but it’s perfectly natural to struggle with something the first time you do it. Instead of blaming yourself for doing something wrong, give yourself permission to experiment without worrying about the consequences.

Sometimes you might feel stuck in a rut, with no idea how to keep going. In these cases, take a deep breath and try to put the present moment in perspective. People too often focus on the negative, which can lead us to ignore good things.

Procrastinating, or putting things off because they are difficult, sets you up for failure. When you have less time to do a task, you'll rush and miss things. Instead, do things on time so that you have the extra time to do your best! Prove to yourself that you can take on challenges by doing just that: take on challenges. Do things that will be rewarding, even though they'll be hard work.

Life Is What You Make It

Over here, were doing our best to make our own path to where we want to be. You alone have the responsibility to shape your life. Nothing and no one can deny you greatness. If your destiny is not about your life. Your life is what you make out of it.

Sometimes you need to distance yourself to see things clearly. Clear the smoke from the clouds..find out who's real, and who is fake among you. Too many people buy things they don’t need with money they don’t have to impress people. Don't pay any attention to it, they do it for the impression of people.

No matter how many mistakes you make or how slow you progress, you are still way ahead of everyone who isn’t trying. If a person wants to be a part of your life, they will make an obvious effort to do so.  Think twice before reserving a space in your heart for people who do not make an effort to stay.

Making one person smile can change the world. The only normal people you know are the ones you don’t know very well. Expose yourself to different random situations. Get out of your routine and usual activities. For example you can change your route to get at home or work, do a new workout, read a different type of book, experiment different foods, basically, temporarily break your habits.

The most painful thing is losing yourself in the process of loving someone too much, and forgetting that you are special too. Have fun – enjoy the act of creation, you should allow yourself to be curious – curiosity is one of the most important value to the creative process.

As we grow up, we realize it becomes less important to have more friends and more important to have real ones. Sometimes you just need try to look at things from a different angle to change your perspective. Try looking at the world with a fresh perspective, as if you’re seeing it for the first time. The miracle is to make a single friend who will stand by your side even when hundreds are against you.

Giving up doesn’t always mean you’re weak, sometimes it means you are strong enough and smart enough to let go and move on. Invite people into your live that don´t look like you, don´t think like you, don´t dress like you, don´t act like you. You will learn from them, discover new things, create new perspectives and that will make you grow as a person.
