"The beef the is acquiring between Lil Wayne and Birdman is small to tell you the truth. All +Lil Wayne wants is him money that he feel is owed to him. Birdman has not made a statement on the current situation, but i'm sure he is working out something behind the scenes. At least I hope for legal sakes."

Suge Knight Sentenced to 28 Years in Prison

Suge Knight
Suge Knight was sentenced to 28 years in prison on Thursday (October 4) afternoon for the murder of Terry Carter.

Suge struck a plea deal for the sentence on September 20, days before standing trial for murder and attempted murder.

Suge Knight has accepted a plea deal for 28-years after pleading no contest to voluntary manslaughter in the murder of Terry Carter, according to TMZ. The Death Row founder will be credited time served for the 3 1/2 years he spent in jail leading up to his sentencing. Suge will also be on parole for three years following his prison sentence.

Suge Knight Collapses In Court Video

Suge's prior felony convictions also made this sentencing much harsher. He received five extra years because the murder was considered "serious and violent" as well as another year tacted on for using the truck as a deadly weapon.

According to TMZ, Suge Knight has struck a plea deal in the murder case of Terry Carter this afternoon (September 20). Suge was facing life in prison for killing Carter in 2015 in the parking lot of Tam's Burgers in Compton. He also ran over Cle "Bone" Sloan," who was injured but survived.

Suge has maintained that he wasn't trying to hurt Sloan or Carter and says he was trying to escape after believing that they were both about to shoot him. Suge has been behind bars awaiting trial since the 2015 incident.

Suge Knight Rushed To The Hospital

Sources close to the rap mogul tells TMZ he passed out in his jail cell and was taken to the medical ward ... when he arrived, Suge fainted once again while getting an X-ray. Our sources say Suge now has a blood clot in his lung. He's been on a heavy dose of blood thinners since getting shot, but sources close to Knight tells TMZ he couldn't take his meds in the slammer and the going theory is that caused the clot. Suge and Katt Williams were taken to jail last week for robbery -- after a female photog claimed they stole her camera.

When Suge Knight Dissed Eminem, P Diddy and J-Lo

Former Death Row Records' CEO Suge Knight Dissed Eminem, P. Diddy and Jennifer Lopez live on the Howard Stern show.

Jennifer Lopez sued Knight and Death Row Records for invasion of privacy after the Star tabloid reported that Suge Knight was planning to market a videotape titled "J. Lo Uncut: The Real Story" that featured Lopez and a former boyfriend engaging in sexual relations in the early '90s. However, Knight's lawyer denied the existence of any sex videotape.

Suge Knight Sues Chris Brown

For the second time in a week Chris Brown is dealing with a legal dilemma, as it was learned on Monday, June 27, that incarcerated rap mogul Suge Knight has filed a lawsuit against the troubled singer. The suit, which also names the owners of the 1Oak L.A. nightclub, aims at holding the establishment accountable for an alleged failure to take the proper security precautions on the night he was shot while attending a party hosted by Brown. It also pins health crises suffered since the incident on the injuries he suffered in the 2014 shooting.

According to paper work submitted to the L.A. County Superior Court, Knight claims Brown is "a known gang associate," and he also pointed to Chris having a "well-documented track record of hosting events and/or parties in which violence frequently erupted," as warranting heightened security.

Knight accuses Brown and the club of negligence, placing blame for the bullet wounds he received to the abdomen, chest and arm on how the event was organized. The imprisoned 51-year-old also ties his actions during the 2015 murder and attempted murder he is being charged for, alleging that he was triggered by a traumatic fear for his life that lingered over from the shooting at Brown's MTV Video Music Awards pre-party.

Knight is a two time felon. As such, one more felony away from being slammed with a three-strike sentence. He faces 25 years to life if convicted in the restaurant parking lot incident he is currently being held over. The trial is set to begin on August 1st.

Suge Knight Transferred To Prison

Suge arrived Tuesday at Wasco State Prison and from the looks of his miserable mug shot above, it doesn’t seem like the former music mogul is excited about his new spot.

He’ll have to go through physical and mental examinations and review his records before getting settled at Wasco. Depending on the results he can stay there, or be transferred to another prison.

The jail is in the middle of nowhere in Kern County, and has 400 beds. It’s definitely a stretch in comparison to what the former Death Row Records CEO was used to during his prime, celebrating in Hollywood with the likes of Tupac, Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg.

Suge Knight took a plea deal last month and was sentenced to 28 years in jail. He got credit for time served, but fortunately for him, due to prison overcrowding, he may be out in about 10 years.

Silkk The Shocker Talk Master P, Snoop Dogg, And Suge Knight Video

(The Wrap-Up Magazine) During an interview with DJ Vlad, the New Orleans native explained how Snoop Dogg was able to leave the strong grips of Suge Knight at Death Row, and eventually sign to No Limit Records. While many questioned how the deal went down—due to many rumors of Knights' temper flaring up at any given time— Silkk says the men worked out the business deal with no real issues.

"It was no doubt about that, [that] him and Suge would probably work it out." He told DJ Vlad, "One thing about P, he's not into the foolishness either, he's like a straight forward."

"It's certain people that could be leaders, and I think P is one of them." Slikk The Shocker explained about his brother, Master P. "He is a level-headed person, the kind of person you probably want to be a coach or lead the team."

How Did Eazy-E Really Die?

I believe it's time for a new investigation to start in the death of late rapper Easy-E. It has been know for years that the rapper died of AIDS, but new evidence is emerging that states otherwise.

Without Eazy-E, the rap world might look substantially different today. In fact, we may have never heard of rappers like Dr. Dre and Ice Cube. And the trajectory of ‘gangsta rap’ would have been entirely different.

Did Diddy Have Tupac Killed?

(The Wrap-Up Magazine) Rumors are that a former cop that's been investigating the Tupac death has reportedly cracked the case. The music mogul formerly known as Puff Daddy offered Crips member Duane Keith (Keffe D) Davis $1 million to whack Shakur and his manager, Suge Knight, former LAPD detective Greg Kading boldly alleged in a documentary, according to the Huffington Post.

Kading, who once led a task force investigating the shooting deaths of Shakur and Smalls, supposedly wrangled a confession out of Keffe D after the Crips member feared facing charges for a different crime. “If his intention was to just get away with it, so to speak, it would have been very easy for him to not include all the details that he did,” Kading told the Huffington Post.

Knight, 50, is currently serving jail time on charges he ran over two men with his truck, killing one, outside a Compton burger restaurant last January. The documentary in which Kading makes his case — called “Murder Rap” and based on a book he wrote in 2011 — will stream on Netflix this spring.

Tupac's BMW Sold For $1.5 Million

The liquidation of Tupac Shakur's estate continues as it has been announced that the very vehicle he was shot in on September 7, 1996, is now up for sale for $1.5 million.

Photos, news clippings and video from the night Shakur was gunned down while riding shotgun alongside Suge Knight on the Vegas Strip, have forever encapsulated the image of the bloody scene. The BMW 750IL brings the historical value of the rap great's final days as it still bears the markings of bullets. Although the car has been restored, indentations remain on the license plate, and inside the door panels.

Records reveal that the Beemer has changed hands several times since the incident two decades ago. It was initially impounded and sold by the Vegas Police Department. Now it sits at an auction house with more than 90k miles on it. Just last year Tupac's vintage Hummer H1 sold for nearly $340,000.
