Beyonce Gives Positive Speech To 2020 Graduates

Beyoncé gave a moving speech for 2020 graduates over the weekend, telling them "real change has started with you."

"Congratulations to the class of 2020, you have arrived here in the middle of a global crisis, a racial pandemic and worldwide expression of outrage at the senseless killing of yet another unarmed Black human being. And you still made it, we're so proud of you," Beyoncé said in a video address as part of YouTube's "Dear Class of 2020" event.

"Thank you for using your collective voice and letting the worlds know that Black lives matter. The killings of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor and so many others have left us all broken. It has left the entire country searching for answers," she continued." We've seen that our collective hearts, when put to positive action, could start the wheels of change. Real change has started with you, this new generation of high school and college graduates who we celebrate today."

She went on to discuss the music industry's own biases and how that prompted her to start Parkwood Entertainment in 2010.

Both are female superstars and have proved themselves to be the best of the best. Although they are both in the limelight and have met each other on separate occasions, why haven't the two made a duet together yet?

Beyonce's "Lemonade" Wins Album of the Decade

The Associated Press has named their Top 15 albums of the decade and Beyoncé’s 2016 opus Lemonade is number one. According to the international news agency’s music editor Mesfin Fekadu, the international global icon was riding the wave of success for much of the earlier part of the decade with numerous Grammy Awards.

At the beginning of this decade, Beyoncé was already the greatest singer of her generation. She won a record six Grammys in a single night, had women AND MEN “oh-oh-oh’ing” to the fun sound of “Single Ladies” and continued to be a beast of a performer.

The usually private Beyoncé bares her soul on the album, singing about a troubled relationship, black pride and motherhood in a brave way. Lyrically, she’s on point and honest over beats and sounds that range from rap to rock to country and pop. “Who the (expletive) do you think I am,” she brashly asks on “Don’t Hurt Yourself,” which co-stars Jack White. The answer: the greatest of all time.

You can listen or stream the album below!

Beyoncé Wins Trademark Battle Over Blue Ivy's Name.

The Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) had no time for the efforts of a Massachusetts wedding planner to block Beyoncé in her quest to secure intellectual property rights. In a little-noticed ruling one week ago, Beyoncé won her ongoing trademark battle over her daughter’s name.

For years, Beyoncé has attempted to trademark her daughter’s name, Blue Ivy Carter. She’s filed applications that cover everything from books to pacifiers to shampoo to video games and much more. The problem, though, is that wedding planner Veronica Morales called her business “Blue Ivy Events” – even before Beyoncé’s daughter was born.

Jay-Z And Beyonce Had The Best Album In 2018

Jay-Z was the man to recon with when him and Beyonce released there joint album "Everything Is Love." Both Beyoncé and Jay-Z have been nominated for Album of the Year several times on their own.

What Everything Is Love represents, then, is an opportunity — not just for JAY and Beyoncé, the most powerful couple in popular culture, but for the Grammy Awards as an institution.

The make-good angle is clear as day: neither Beyoncé nor JAY-Z has won an album of the year award, despite being two of the most lauded musical artists of this century, and Everything Is Love offers a way to right both wrongs in one fell swoop.

They say it's a marathon, not a sprint. But for Beyoncé and JAY-Z, it was both. Their sprawling On the Run II Tour finished with $253.5 million in ticket sales. The On the Run II tour more than doubled Bey and Jay's previous tour in terms of overall gross and ticket sales.

The hip-hop megastar is now on the same level as four of the biggest names who have ever reached the No. 1 spot on the albums chart. The album's sales increased by 397 percent and moved a total of 94,000 units to earn a No. 1 spot on the charts. Fans have been thirsty for the new release ever since Beyoncé's 2016 album “Lemonade,” which sold more than 2.5 million copies.

It seems many fans agree Beyonce is a better dancer than Britney Spears. They have very different backgrounds and styles.

Beyoncé doesn’t incorporate such elaborate moves, because she sings live for the most part. In the first 4 “eras” of Britney Spears, her videos and performances were heavily focused on group choreographies, with fast movements that matched her pop songs.

Why Is Fans Saying Khloe Kardashian Looks Just Like Beyonce

Khloé Kardashian is no stranger to being called out for editing her social media photos, but her most recent series of images are catching attention, not for alleged Photoshopping, but rather her resemblance to another Hollywood A-lister. After the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star took to Instagram with the new images, fans couldn't help but draw comparisons to Beyoncé.

The buzz all started on Monday when Kardashian was announced as the new brand partner with makeup subscription service Ipsy. Sharing a gallery of images in a blog post, which later made their way to Twitter and Instagram, the company said that Kardashian "is the queen of expressing her unique beauty." Ipsy even dubbed Kardashian "the ultimate glam chameleon," which some fans seemed to agree with as they took note of one image in particular that made them do a double-take, many unable to shake the resemblance to Beyoncé.

Beyonce Is Ruling The Music Business

Beyoncé changed the game once again by releasing her new film Black Is King, which premiered exclusively on Disney+ on July 31. The artistic venture uses her 2019 album The Lion King: The Gift as both a soundtrack and inspiration for a new story, and as countless fans of the singer-songwriter rushed to watch what she’d come up with this time around, the tracks from the full-length benefit immensely on at least one Billboard chart this frame.

Beyoncé rules this week’s World Digital Song Sales ranking with the tracks from her latest project, which all return to the roster thanks to impressive sales during the past tracking frame, with a number of tunes hitting new high points on the list.

This time its EgyptBeyoncé’s been sharing some photos from her travels around the world, like this one from Egypt, which is approximately 17-kajillion times more ***flawless a souvenir than a “This car climbed the Pyramid” bumper sticker. Can you EVEN with this lewk? NOPE. Who run the world? This goddess right here.

Also on Beyoncé’s passport? The Great Wall of China, which she also visited back in 2009. We’re not wrong for assuming that she probably strutted down the entire 13,170-mile landmark like a catwalk, right? Well, until the next installment of “National Bey-ographic”!
