Lopez, 50, is already mom to 11-year-old twins Emme Maribel and Maximilian David with ex-husband Marc Anthony. In addition, she’s become a major presence in the lives of Rodriguez’s daughters, Ella Alexander, 11, and Natasha Alexander, 15.

Lopez, who is being honored as one of the magazine’s “People of the Year” for her upcoming Super Bowl Halftime Show performance, “Hustlers” and more, went on to explain that having kids helped set her life on the path she’s currently on.

“I was being careless with myself, and my heart,” Lopez added. “The kids kind of snapped me right [out] of it because I felt so much responsibility and love for them. Love first and responsibility second. I just knew I had to be better.”

“We try to raise the kids in a way that’s mindful of fulfilling our own dreams but also never being in a position where they’re not being guided by us or we’re not present in their lives … that’s a priority,” she concluded.

JLo and Rodriguez announced their engagement in March, revealing that he popped the question while on vacation together after more than two years of dating. So it seems that the two are happy together and don't seem to be separating anytime soon.

According to multiple sources who witnessed the visit, J-Rod flew to Foxborough, Mass., on July 9 to meet with Bob and Jonathan Kraft, father-and-son owners of the New England Patriots, to hammer out a partnership on stadium operations for Citi Field and the development of Willets Point around the ballpark.

Sources inside the meeting tell The Post that J-Rod were accompanied on their trip by senior bankers from JPMorgan Chase’s private wealth group, including Mary Callahan Erdoes, CEO of the bank’s Asset & Wealth Management group.

Erdoes, 52, is considered the most powerful woman in finance and a potential successor to JPMorgan chief Jamie Dimon. Located on the upscale Star Island, the waterfront home comes complete with 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.

Jennifer Lopez, 51, and Rodriguez, 45, also discussed their concerns about the economy, the coronavirus pandemic, racism, and the importance of the Latino community voting.

"We're thrilled and we're excited to vote. I think our voice has never been more important," Rodriguez said in the video posted to Biden’s social media on Friday. "We want to come together as a team to defeat Covid and to rebuild this U.S. economy that needs us all so much."

The celebrity power couple joined Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Cullors and a large crowd of protesters as they marched down Hollywood Blvd.

"We must take a stand for what we believe in and fight against the injustices in this world," Lopez wrote in an Instagram post. "So we continue to peacefully protest until there is change."

Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez announced a partnership with Tiller & Hatch Supply Co, a new brand of frozen meals available to Walmart shoppers, or via a subscription delivery service.

"This is an option we wish had been available to our families growing up," said Rodriguez in a press release. "We are committed, like Tiller & Hatch, to doing good.” A portion of all revenue from sales will also go to benefit “a variety of shelters and charities working to fight hunger,” the press release stated.

“This partnership offers us the opportunity to provide affordable and nutritious meals to families across America while making significant charitable contributions to shelters and food-based charities across the country,” Rodriguez added.

Lopez and Rodriguez are said to be backing the launch of the brand, although it’s unclear how much of a stake they have in the company.
