Is The Media Turning R. Kelly Girlfriends Against Him?

It seems as if everyone is turning a blind eye to R. Kelly these days. One of R. Kelly's longtime live-in girlfriends has had enough of the circus surrounding his myriad of federal and state legal battles.

Azriel Clary tell us she recently got her own place in Chicago and is no longer living with Joycelyn Savage. We're told Azriel wanted to distance herself from the ongoing Kelly saga -- including Joycelyn's fake Patreon page -- and focus on her life.

Do You Think Alex Rodriguez Deserves Another Child By Jennifer Lopez?

I could not believe it myself when I heard the news that Jennifer Lopez isn’t ruling out the possibility of having more children with fiance Alex Rodriguez.

“I want to!” the actress told People when asked if she’d consider adding to the family. “I don’t know that it’s in God’s plan but I would like to try. I’m so open to it!”

Lopez, 50, is already mom to 11-year-old twins Emme Maribel and Maximilian David with ex-husband Marc Anthony. In addition, she’s become a major presence in the lives of Rodriguez’s daughters, Ella Alexander, 11, and Natasha Alexander, 15.

Lopez, who is being honored as one of the magazine’s “People of the Year” for her upcoming Super Bowl Halftime Show performance, “Hustlers” and more, went on to explain that having kids helped set her life on the path she’s currently on.

“I was being careless with myself, and my heart,” Lopez added. “The kids kind of snapped me right [out] of it because I felt so much responsibility and love for them. Love first and responsibility second. I just knew I had to be better.”

“We try to raise the kids in a way that’s mindful of fulfilling our own dreams but also never being in a position where they’re not being guided by us or we’re not present in their lives … that’s a priority,” she concluded.

JLo and Rodriguez announced their engagement in March, revealing that he popped the question while on vacation together after more than two years of dating. So it seems that the two are happy together and don't seem to be separating anytime soon.

Do you think Alex and Jlo should have another baby together, lets hear what the fans have to say about this! Jennifer Lopez began dating former baseball player Alex Rodriguez in 2017 and they are still going strong.

Photos Of Jennifer Lopez And Family Black Friday Shopping

Jennifer Lopez and her fiancé, Alex Rodriguez, were spotted getting into the Black Friday madness with some of their children in Los Angeles on November 29.

The Lopez-Rodriguez crew was seen shopping around in Gucci before taking to the streets of L.A. to head to a second destination, which looked to have more of a department store vibe. Maybe a visit to Saks Fifth Avenue or Neiman Marcus? Seems like where this clan would shop!

And naturally, the happily engaged couple was dressed to impress while they went out. Jennifer, 50, rocked a sleek, long black coat with a black turtleneck and leather pants. Alex, 44, matched his lady in a similar long, black coat with black pants and a shirt.

What Would R. Kelly Say About Jacqees Naming His Album King of R&B?

Jacquees is teasing at R. Kelly and the rest of the R&B singers as he has just released a new album titled 'King of R&B.' I'm just imagining what R. Kelly things about this while he is still locked up behind bars.

Jacquees had boldly claimed he was the 'King Of R&B', but R Kelly, John Legend and more had a few things to say last year. Tyrese and Tank took to social media to firmly assert R.Kelly is the king of R&B and that Jacquees is a new artist who still has work to do.

African-American Unemployment Hits New-Record-Low

Black unemployment has hit yet another record low, and that is being cheered by members of the Project 21 black leadership network, who cite lower taxes and fewer regulations as major factors in America's economic recovery.

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) just released its October employment report, which shows a 3.6 percent overall unemployment rate - with black unemployment at only 5.4 percent. This is the lowest level recorded since the BLS began tracking jobless figures by race in 1972.

"Once again, unemployment for blacks in the U.S. has reached a record low. Trump's policies of deregulation and low taxation have created one of the best environments for job creation in a generation," said Project 21 Co-Chairman Horace Cooper. "When Americans - black or white - have a job and are independent and self-sustaining they are happier, their families are better off and the economy booms. This is a welcome change that should be applauded as well as maintained into the future."

"Black Americans are doing well in a more competitive workforce. This is great news," added Project 21 Co-Chairman Council Nedd II. "America's growing energy independence, commonsense regulatory reform and other pro-business policies are helping create new jobsthat are putting black Americans to work and allowing them to take full advantage of the American Dream."

Is Desktop Computers A Thing Of The Past?

Computers are poor tools for what people need, but for a time, they were the only tools we had.

Desktop computers are beyond inconvenient. You can’t take them with you easily, they tie you not just to a specific building but a specific room in that building just to be able to use them.

What the desktop PC did for us, however, was give people the means to access the internet. In the days when internet use was growing rapidly, more and more people were finding a need to be able to interact with the internet. To do that, you needed a desktop PC.

Kanye West Buys A Ranch Worth $14 Million Dollars

Kanye West plunked down some serious money for a property called Monster Lake Ranch. The asking price was $14 million for the huge chunk of land outside Cody, Wyoming. Cody is known as the "rodeo capital of the world.

The Ranch itself has 8 lodging units and is known for "monster trout" fishing. It has 2 fresh water lakes, a restaurant, an event center and meeting facilities. And -- it's a ranch, right -- so there are lots of horse barns, corrals and lots of horses.

We're told Kanye West did not pay full price but we don't know exactly how much he plunked down. The property itself is more than 9,000 acres! He now owns 4,500 of those acres, and the rest is leased from the federal government.

Why Do Black Men Love White Women More?

There seem to be a extreme number of black men starting to date white women more and more. Does being able to date white women equate to success for a Black man? Well, even comedian, Nick Cannon says that this is the reason Black women are overlooked for white women.

One reason is that some people are under the illusion that mixed babies are prettier than Black babies. So, in order to for them to have an attractive, “good haired” child, they need to pro-create with someone of another race. They may also feel that bi-racial children have better opportunities or are treated better by society as a whole.

Another could be because, for some Black men, there is nothing like having a White woman on their arms. It makes them feel warm inside. A White woman on their arms makes them feel as if they have accomplished something in life. It makes them feel special or like a “big man” because a White women wanted them.

They say it's true that Black women have nasty dispositions and are always angry so they decide that is brighter on the other side. For some reason, some Black men feel that no other woman in the world has a feisty attitude. Or they may have had experiences dating Black women that were negative in the past and hold on to those experiences and let that be the deciding factor for dating all Black women.

Some Black men are under the impression that White women are more sexually adventurous than Black women. They feel that a White women will do things in the bed that most Black women will not. The White woman is the one that will fulfill all of his fantasies without complaint and make it her business to be his little sex freak and keep him happy.

Do you feel these statements are true? In my own observation, I believe that these are 50/50. Not all White women will do what you want in bed, on top of that, I know white women with a bad attitude. So lets debate on this topic and see how things go.

If R. Kelly Cant Read, How Do He Write Music?

R. Kelly is a bad man if your telling me he can write hits like Trapped in the Closet without knowing how to read. On top of that, R. Kelly just asked for a computer while being locked up in federal prison.

Now that's something I would say that could hurt his legal issues. Although legal filings contend Kelly has a serious learning disability affecting his ability to read.

R. Kelly childhood story is, basketball got him through grammar school; and although he couldn’t read or write, he had a high school music teacher who taught him to learn music and sing before he dropped out.

How do you proofread what you wrote if you cannot read is my thing. R. Kelly lawyers say that there client needs to make money and he has been precluded from doing so because of his legal situation, but I thought that was the reason for being locked up.

Every-time I went to jail, I seemed to be disconnected from the outside world.

Plan Aimed To Help African Americans Buy Homes

Taking aim at the racial wealth gap in the U.S., Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris proposed a $100 billion program to help black families and individuals buy homes.

The program, she estimated, would help 4 million families who live or rent in historically red-lined areas, or those where loans are often refused because borrowers are seen as poor financial risks.

“We must right the wrong, and after generations of discrimination give black families a real shot at home ownership — historically one of the most powerful drivers of wealth,” Harris said.

Her campaign cited research from Demos, a progressive public policy group, showing that less than 50% of black households own their home while 75% of white ones do.

Harris’ plan comes after Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts, another Democratic candidate, announced a plan in March to provide grants to first-time homebuyers in formerly red-lined and low-income neighborhoods.

Why Is Soda More Expensive Than Beer

Took a walk down to one of our local stores in Lima, Ohio and came to realize that my two cans of soda cost more than my one can of beer. Although beer and soda are both carbonated, the process for brewing beer is nothing like making soda.

Before we get into all of that, my thing is! Soda is mostly used by young adults and beer by grown adults. So why charge them more? On top of that, lets not get into the Government taking away candy with food stamps.

The law around selling alcoholic beverages plays an important role as well. Especially as production levels scale to massive quantities, the differences in prices become, in absolute terms, significantly smaller.

Soda is made by purifying water, pumping sugar and flavor into it, and then putting the solution through a carbonator which increases the carbon dioxide pressure of the water, putting bubbles in it. Besides ingredients, factory time is what drives the price of most products up.

Beer is made through brewing with fermentation. This starts with a brewer taking barley and extracting sugars from it by boiling. This initial process might be more time consuming and more energy-intense than the whole soda process.

The beer is then carefully bottled without adding air or contamination. It still must complete the fermentation process in the sealed bottle over some time. This is called bottle conditioning.

So in other words, beer takes longer and soda is more machine work, why is soda more expensive? Or am I just shopping at the wrong stores? Leave your comments I would like to know your thoughts on this topic.

Ways to Save Money on Your Mortgage

It’s hard to believe the Flex Modification Program actually exists when you hear that many  Americans could reduce their monthly payments by as much as 20%. If you’re struggling to make your mortgage payments, find out if you can benefit from this program by contacting your mortgage company.

Americans agree that refinancing with Freddie Mac Flex Modification saves money, and not surprisingly banks are on edge about it.

If you are not currently at risk of delinquency and foreclosure but could use some relief from high mortgage payments, refinancing may be your best option. Lowering your rate or adjusting your term can put money back in your pocket each month.

If lowering your payments and shaving years off your mortgage would help you, it’s vital that you act now. We were surprised that you may even take some cash out of your home when refinancing to use however you need it.

Many Americans borrow from their 401k to help with unexpected bills which can set them back years in reaching their retirement savings goals. Forget borrowing from your 401k – refinance and borrow from your home to get cash to pay bills, renovations, your child’s education, or any other big investments.

As the Fed changes rates, new opportunities to save may be available for you even if they were not in the past.   The Fed wants to boost the economy and often that means cutting rates and putting money back in your pocket to go out and spend.

The good news is there are services that could help you save time and money by comparing multiple lenders at once. One such service is LendingTree, which has one of the biggest lender networks in the nation to provide consumers with a comprehensive set of mortgage options.

Reparations For Black Americans Is Coming Closer To Reality

The return of reparations, defined as the effort to address the wrongs done to blacks throughout U.S. history, to the political agenda might seem oddly timed because of the current preoccupation with turning back the clock in so many policy areas.

The issue of reparations for African-Americans is back in the news, with a number of candidates for the Democratic presidential nomination endorsing the idea in one form or another. Much of the support involves endorsement of a bill creating a study commission that has been introduced unsuccessfully since 1989.

Recent: Are Blacks More Racist Than Whites? - Full Report

There is good reason to focus on the economic side of this question, since economic disadvantage is at the core of how blacks have suffered under slavery, segregation and their legacies.

Memorably, the commission concluded that “Our nation is moving toward two societies, one black, one white—separate and unequal” and that “white racism” was the cause. The commission recommended massive programs to attack the impoverishment of urban ghettos and to improve the well-being of the black population.

Most non-black Americans oppose reparations and always have. But if it can be shown how and why blacks experience–and have long experienced–unfair treatment and outcomes, we might finally, as a nation, come to terms with our long national nightmare of racial inequality.

Despite the enthusiasm of some Democratic presidential hopefuls and the increased recent attention to the topic, there remain many doubters who would have to be persuaded before reparations could become reality.
