A six-person jury deliberated for four hours and returned with a guilty verdict for actor Jonathan Majors in his criminal case on Monday (December 18). Majors was found guilty of reckless assault in the third degree and guilty of harassment.
Majors was found not guilty of intentional assault in the third degree and not guilty of aggravated harassment in the second degree. He pleaded not guilty to all charges after being accused of assaulting and harassing his ex-partner, Grace Jabbari.
The charges against Majors were brought by the state of New York, not Jabbari, which meant the jury had to find proof of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt on each charge.
Majors is set to be sentenced on February 6.
