Amber Heard has added a prominent attorney who led the Time’s Up legal defense fund to help in Heard’s defense against ex-husband Johnny Depp’s $50 million defamation lawsuit. Depp argues that Heard hurt his reputation when she wrote about domestic abuse in her op-ed for the Washington Post, even though she did not specifically name him in the piece. Heard said her intention was to highlight the potential implications brought upon by the #MeToo movement. Lima, Ohio has introduced their very own local celebrity Terry Watson in a major way. Terry Watson, known locally as the “Little Caesar’s Dancing Guy,” entertains passers-by on a daily basis with his sign spinning and dance routine. On May 4, the local celebrity took his talents from the parking lots of Lima to the big stage in Las Vegas, where he placed second in the Little Caesar’s shaker board contest.
The shaker board contest is a competition among Little Caesar’s restaurants across the U.S. and the world. Each franchise sends in a video of their “shaker board dancer” to the company’s corporate office, where a panel of executives reviews the tapes and selects three people to attend the international contest in Las Vegas.
Watson was chosen out of hundreds of applicants, and received an all-expenses-paid trip to compete during Little Caesar’s annual franchisee meeting. Watson said he was “shocked” that he was chosen, but his boss, Ron Massey, wasn’t the least bit surprised.
“He’s been close to the top three for the last couple years, and this year he finally made it to the big show,” said Massey, who owns Little Caesar’s restaurants on Cable Road and Calumet Avenue. “What makes him so good is he’s doing what he loves. If you have a passion for what you’re doing, you’re twice as good at it.”
Massey said Watson has a “thousand-watt smile that everyone loves,” and that it’s not uncommon for customers and passers-by to hand him money or Kewpee hamburgers.
“I call him the richest man in Lima,” Massey said.
Back at work Tuesday, Watson was only a few minutes into his routine before he started getting honks and waves from drivers passing by the restaurant. He said in the past, he’s had children take pictures with him and ask for his autograph.
“I just love interacting with people and seeing their smiles,” Watson said. “It makes me smile inside.”
Despite his celebrity status, Watson said he doesn’t let it go to his head.
“I’m not a celebrity,” he said with a smile, “I’m just Terry.”

50 first announced the coming of 50 Central through a vague Instagram post last week. On Sunday, April 30, followers got a broader insight into what the production might look like, with him posting a teaser in which he touts it as "a platform that allows us to get all those hidden talents out in the open." In the caption of the post 50 makes mention of inviting some of the trendy content makers and breakers around social media on for a chance at fame.
"Expect the unexpected. It's me having freedom. That's a different type of comedy, it's a little more edgier than the things you've seen in the past, and BET at night, they're going to let me to do what I've gotta do," he says.
BET has been on a hot streak so far as news of the various new productions viewers can expect to see coming to fruition over the next year or two, goes.
