The Chicago White Sox are pleased to present the 2018 Jackie Robinson Video Contest. This third annual contest is an opportunity for Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana students grades six to 12 to showcase their creativity while honoring a current or former baseball player. Please note the following contest rules:
• Videos should be about a current or former baseball player who has been inspirational in his/her life
• Videos should be two minutes or less in length.
• Videos can be submitted by individuals or in groups of two to three students.
• Videos must be submitted by March 23, 2018.
Videos will be reviewed by six-time All-Star and White Sox great Harold Baines as well as select members of the White Sox front office. The winner will receive the following during Jackie Robinson Day at Guaranteed Rate Field on Monday, April 23:
• On-field recognition prior
• Four (4) tickets to the game
• Video shown on the Guaranteed Rate Field video board before the White Sox game
• White Sox prize pack
