(The Wrap-Up Magazine) Listing him as a flight risk and danger to others, the U.S. Attorney filed a motion to revoke Buck's probation it has been learned. The news comes after a raid of his home, from which federal agents are reported to have confiscated illegal firearms. Buck has been serving probation on a gun charge since 2012.
Young was released after spending the weekend in jail, on Monday [August 1]. Buck had been taken into custody and booked into Warren County Regional on Thursday, where he was held the proceeding three days for violating probation. Buck is scheduled to reappear in court for a hearing on his probationary status, on a date yet confirmed.
